Country Burrito Bar and Grill is a popular local spot known for its delicious Mexican food. Despite its simple exterior, often located on the side of a gas station, the restaurant is always busy and worth the wait. The staff is friendly and professional, providing great service. Large, shareable portions are served, including favorites like chicken fajitas, which are highly recommended. Customers also enjoy the chips and salsa, which are warm, crisp, and perfectly spiced. The menu features a variety of flavorful dishes, such as fajita chimichanga and quesadilla with chicken, steak, and shrimp, with generous amounts of meat that don’t skimp on quality. For dessert, churros are a popular choice. While some dishes like nachos can sometimes be too watery at the bottom, the overall experience is enjoyable, and many customers plan to return. The restaurant’s lively atmosphere and flavorful food make it a hidden gem that often draws a crowd.
