I was at this location in the drive through. The young lady who took my order and gave me my drinks was wonderful. However, while waiting on my order I heard who I could only presume was the manager or shift lead being very rude and degrading to this particular female staff even after she had apologized for whatever she did twice. All the donuts are baked fresh every morning and delivered straight from the bakery to the store.Have a catering event?~They need 24 hours notice for any (especially large!) custom orders!~Donuts are -never- reused or set back for use for another day… they are all baked fresh in the middle of the night and delivered in the early AM -every single day-! I ordered a large decaf coffee, which was excellent. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, which was also excellent. I initially ordered the snacking bacon. I asked for warm bacon. I don't know anyone who likes greasy cold bacon. I was told they don't have it hot and against policy to warm. So that was removed from my order. No greasy cold bacon for me at this price.
