BUT it would be helpful if they would post updated hours when closing early (which I have ran into on multiple occasions) to their website or social media platforms. There have also been occasions where they stopped online orders early and were out of ingredients when we went in store close to closing. But overall I do love having food from here. It is delicious and easy to pick up even until the 9 o’clock hour- usually.“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“My wife, our two sons and I had dinner here on Father’s Day this year. We were welcomed to the restaurant by the manager who was acting as host. He provided us with some kids’ menus but apologized for the lack of crayons. We were served by Elijah who did a great job getting our drinks and breadsticks as well as taking our order. Elijah actually returned to our table to advise us of possible cross-contamination affecting our sons’ orders (they have food allergies) so we opted for alternatives for them. We appreciated how attentive and informative both he and the restaurant were. Indeed the manager who helped bring our food also emphasized the allergy free dishes for our our children. Our food was brought in a timely manner and while my lasagna tasted alright my wife’s chicken alfredo dish tasted like it had been cooked earlier and then reheated as the chicken was “rubbery” (we had arrived at the restaurant around 7.30pm and the restaurant closed at 10pm so the food should have been of a better quality). The boys’ spaghetti dishes were fine. In terms of the customer service we received from both our server Elijah and the manager we couldn’t have asked for any better. However, unfortunately, my wife’s meal was below acceptable standard so I cannot give an overall 5 star rating due to the 3 star food rating.“

“Blaze was our go to lunch in Maryville every Sunday. So sad that location closed down. I’m glad they still have one in Knoxville. This location did not disappoint. I love their gluten free crust and dairy free cheese! It’s fantastic that I can create my own pizza and cover it with all the toppings! They have a spicy vegan chorizo topping that is tasty. There are lots of dipping sauces and dressings. Sometimes we get a choose 2 and get half pizza and half salad. That is a really great option! This is the best gluten free place for pizza in Knoxville!“

“We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. The young gentleman who attended us, slim, wears glasses, and looked almost like a teenager (unfortunately I did not catch his name), provided one of the most outstanding customer service experiences I have had in a very long time.

His knowledge of the menu was exceptional. He was able to describe items in remarkable detail, almost entirely from memory, and his recommendations were spot on. Beyond that, his communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to help were simply on another level.

“Great service at this Chick-fil-A. The wrap combo with sweet tea was excellent. Manager Mike Price stopped to take our trash and was very friendly. Restaurant was very clean with employees cleaning due to being slower after the lunch rush. Can be hard to get into and out of because of traffic at times. Great overall experience.“

“Visited this location 17aug2025. There were only three people on staff but they were very professional, very fast and very organized. I was surprised the older lady with the burgundy hair. I didn't get her name but she was very very nice. The younger lady with the dark hair and the tall gentleman all were excellent. I commend them and I thank them for their professionalism“

“I don't typically give five stars to established chains and corporations. However, this Chick Fil A is a special one. It may be because it's in Hardin Valley and two minutes from my house. But that's just part of the charm.

This Chick Fil A has been great and always top notch with service like most other Chick Fil A's. I can't speak to the women's but the bathrooms are always clean and tidy, same as the eating area. I usually order the spicy chicken meal with some extra chicken tenders. Plus ranch and buffalo mixed and put on the sandwich. And of course chick fil a sauce! It's Chick Fil A, you'll get the same food at all of them.

The benefit of this Chick Fil A though is the Hardin Valley charm. I regularly see the owner walking around taking orders, cleaning trash, checking on patrons, etc. I love seeing that! Also, there is limited seating compared to other Chick Fil A's, but don't let that deter you. We're all neighbors in HV and even today during lunch, I saw people sit together who didn't know each other. If there's not enough seats, ask to sit with someone and strike up a conversation. We're all living here together anyways, might as well enjoy the company!

For the service, the dine in is about the same time. The drive through can move slower. Which again, is not a negative. Take that time relax, and enjoy life. We don't want Hardin Valley to move quick. These are our homes and this is where we want peace at the end of the day or during lunch around a hectic schedule. This Chick Fil A does a good job of that. By far, my favorite Chick Fil A in Knoxville!“

“I placed a to-go order and had a frustrating experience. The website wouldn't let me add the meal I wanted to my cart, so I had to download the app just to place my order. Even then, the chocolate chip cookie wasn't an option on either the website or the app.

When I arrived, I waited a few minutes before being acknowledged, but the employee was friendly and did switch my cookie for me, which I appreciated.

Unfortunately, when I got to my destination to eat, I discovered that my BBQ pork nachos had no pork at all. That was very disappointing, especially since I couldn't easily go back to have it corrected.

I hope the ordering system can be improved and that orders are checked more carefully before they leave the restaurant.“

“Believe it or not, it was my first time ever going to a Chick-fil-A. My friends told me that their grill chicken salad was the best they ever had. It was a real selling point for me as I am gluten intolerant. At the last minute, all 3 of us chose the South west spicy salad. The salad was delightfully crisp, the chicken was delicious, but the avocado dressing really made it super yummy. The lemonade, to my surprise, really tasted like lemonade. The staff was very polite and called me Miss Carol when she handed me my dinner. I have lived in Vermont many, many years and I just love this southern friendly way of greeting people. The restaurant was very clean as well as the women's bathroom. We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the play we had just seen, over our delicious dinner. As we were leaving, the manager was leaving also. We told him how much we enjoyed the food and he was very friendly and said he was glad we came. He invited us to come again.“

“Marco’s Pizza has become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a solid, dependable pizza. The crust is always perfectly baked — not too thick, not too thin — and the sauce has a nice balance of sweetness and spice. Their cheese blend tastes fresh, and the toppings are generous (especially on the Deluxe and Pepperoni Magnifico).

Delivery is usually quick, and the food arrives hot and well-packed. The staff at my local Marco’s are friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better“

“Went in at 3pm, food always good, service on point. But, the dining area was unkempt, condiment area was empty of items. The biggest issue all the trash bins were full, trash had to be left on top on bins or on tables. New customers had no were to sit. Not a good look.“
