“Best place I've eaten by far. Great food all around. Disappointed they took away the king crab legs BUT still my favorite place to eat. All their meats are perfectly cooked.“

“I do recommend Cava and was only given the option to recommend or not recommend. BUT it would be helpful if they would post updated hours when closing early (which I have ran into on multiple occasions) to their website or social media platforms. There have also been occasions where they stopped online orders early and were out of ingredients when we went in store close to closing. But overall I do love having food from here. It is delicious and easy to pick up even until the 9 o’clock hour- usually.“

“I was craving some good chicken tenders and coleslaw. I remembered seeing this place and wanted to try it out. 10/10 in my opinion. The chicken tenders are so tasty and the sauces are all great. We tried bbq sauce, honey mustard and ranch. We also had the fries which were amazing! We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu and to try some of the custard. The price for 7 tenders, regular fry, coleslaw and 2 extra sauces came out to a little over 20 bucks.“

“After a long day on the road it was good to have a nice sit down for dinner. Calleigh (man, I hope I spelled that right) and her trainee minion Parker were right on the spot serving us bread and beverages! My wife's salad pleased her, which is hard to do, so kudos to the salad prep team!
I'm actually writing this review in eager anticipation of our meal which based on our service so far should be nothing short of outstanding! Oooh, it's here, take a taste.... exquisite! I strongly suggest you frequent this place if you live close by!“

“I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“I really wanted to give this place a 5 star.

The staff was very helpful and the manager even came to check on us twice to make sure everything was good. It was. There are a couple things that stood out to me that made me want to give it a 4 star.

The table we were sat at was sticky and I immediately put my arm in something and it was all over me. Definitely not cool.

There was food all over the floor. Like maybe 4 big pieces. I give it to them though cause there was a guy cleaning it up as we got there.

There was at least 2 flies buzzing around us the entire time. Almost landed on our food. Not cool.

And the last thing was the air. It might sound funny but it felt thick and not circulated. Not as big of a deal as the other 3.

Like I said I wanted to give it a 5 star. All these things can easily be fixed. The night shift needs to run a tight ship cause the morning shift is stuck cleaning it up and it looks bad when people come in at open. Kill the flies with a swatter. I'd keep an electric one in the back if it were me. And then maybe turn on the air or get an air purifier for that one room on the right as you walk in.“

Staff worked hard, management is willing to serve others and their staff, and they were really encouraging to other staff.

“Blaze was our go to lunch in Maryville every Sunday. So sad that location closed down. I’m glad they still have one in Knoxville. This location did not disappoint. I love their gluten free crust and dairy free cheese! It’s fantastic that I can create my own pizza and cover it with all the toppings! They have a spicy vegan chorizo topping that is tasty. There are lots of dipping sauces and dressings. Sometimes we get a choose 2 and get half pizza and half salad. That is a really great option! This is the best gluten free place for pizza in Knoxville!“

“We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. Being a business owner myself, I know it’s not easy with supply costs going up along with everything else. Unexpected things happen that just make you want to pull the plug and shut it down. But against all odds, this woman gives her best no matter what and it’s very inspiring to me as a business owner. “Foods decent mainly go there for my kid. Service and order accuracy is hit or miss at this location. Always double check your bag! We didnt get the kids toy yesterday and its not the first time thats happened. They also often forget sauces or leave out fries etc. Its also always crowded so eating inside is ok if you dont mind lots of noise. Its still better than some of the other Chick fil a locations.“

“We decided to grab food here last minute. We were seated right way, brought drinks and a salad. The bread took a little longer but not that much longer. And the place was very busy. So that was understandable. Our waiter was so great. Such a great personality, checked on us regularly, and was very personable! I believe his name was Joseph, (I hope that was correct). We sat to the right when you walk in to the area with center tables on the bar side booth at the back. I hope that made sense ha! I just want the waiter to get the credit he deserves! He deserves a raise! And our food came out quickly as well. I got the shrimp and chicken carbonara and my husband got the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini both were so great!“

“Visited this location 17aug2025. There were only three people on staff but they were very professional, very fast and very organized. I was surprised the older lady with the burgundy hair. I didn't get her name but she was very very nice. The younger lady with the dark hair and the tall gentleman all were excellent. I commend them and I thank them for their professionalism“

“My family and I ate here on Friday and had the absolute best experience thanks to our waitress, Rita! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. What really stood out was how patient and kind she was with my 4-year-old, which made the whole experience so much more enjoyable for our family. “Believe it or not, it was my first time ever going to a Chick-fil-A. My friends told me that their grill chicken salad was the best they ever had. It was a real selling point for me as I am gluten intolerant. At the last minute, all 3 of us chose the South west spicy salad. The salad was delightfully crisp, the chicken was delicious, but the avocado dressing really made it super yummy. The lemonade, to my surprise, really tasted like lemonade. The staff was very polite and called me Miss Carol when she handed me my dinner. I have lived in Vermont many, many years and I just love this southern friendly way of greeting people. The restaurant was very clean as well as the women's bathroom. We had a wonderful time reminiscing about the play we had just seen, over our delicious dinner. As we were leaving, the manager was leaving also. We told him how much we enjoyed the food and he was very friendly and said he was glad we came. He invited us to come again.“

“Marco’s Pizza has become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving a solid, dependable pizza. The crust is always perfectly baked — not too thick, not too thin — and the sauce has a nice balance of sweetness and spice. Their cheese blend tastes fresh, and the toppings are generous (especially on the Deluxe and Pepperoni Magnifico).

Delivery is usually quick, and the food arrives hot and well-packed. The staff at my local Marco’s are friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better“

“The food is amazing .I always get the breakfast sandwich (ham&cracked egg) BUT i wish a few things .I wish they offered the free ice cream with delivery foods as well or pick up, I wish they had more bread choices and I wish more side items were available and maybe a half a sandwich and small house salad combo option. “I frequent the Clinton Hwy. store (Unit 1233) at least once a week and went this evening at 5:15 pm to purchase 2 chicken nugget meals. You would think at 5:15 pm the food would be fresh but I will say that tonight was the nastiest food I have ever had from this store. The nuggets were horrible. Nasty, tough and uneatable. The fries were cold and mushy. I contacted the store and spoke to the manager on duty, Anna and informed her of my experience and how it was very unusual as I am a regular customer but that my mother and I threw away $20 worth of uneatable food. After no initial response, Anna's reply was "sorry for the inconvenience , thank you for the feedback." What poor management skills. Greg Jones is listed as the Restaurant Operator. Greg, I hope you read feedback and take action unlike your manager on duty tonight. Needless to say I will not be returning to Unit 1233 any time in the near future.“

“This place was rocking. They were so busy... they had like 6 workers outside at the drive thru taking orders. They had a great system. We went inside and the workers were prompt and had a great atmosphere. They all seemed happy which is refreshing.“
