But Cass brought us documents with all the ingredients of each fish so we new we made safe choices. She was also lovely, personable and very professional. The Friendship Tea? Absolutely out of this world. One of those drinks you keep thinking about long after you leave. I ordered the turkey sandwich with fruit, and every bite was fresh, light, and perfectly done.

What made the experience even more special was the service. Our server was so sweet, attentive, and genuinely accommodating—it felt like being taken care of by a friend.

“We ordered service for 20 catering with delivery and set up for a college graduation celebration. Taco bar and fajitas bar all fixing. Food was excellent! Arrived piping hot, as scheduled. Caterer set up chafers to keep food hot,placed everything orderly and brought flatware, plates and napkins. Great experience and value. Will definitely order again.

“Blaze was our go to lunch in Maryville every Sunday. So sad that location closed down. I’m glad they still have one in Knoxville. This location did not disappoint. I love their gluten free crust and dairy free cheese! It’s fantastic that I can create my own pizza and cover it with all the toppings! They have a spicy vegan chorizo topping that is tasty. There are lots of dipping sauces and dressings. Sometimes we get a choose 2 and get half pizza and half salad. That is a really great option! This is the best gluten free place for pizza in Knoxville!“

“I am truly impressed by the level of service we received today.

The young gentleman who attended us, slim, wears glasses, and looked almost like a teenager (unfortunately I did not catch his name), provided one of the most outstanding customer service experiences I have had in a very long time.

His knowledge of the menu was exceptional. He was able to describe items in remarkable detail, almost entirely from memory, and his recommendations were spot on. Beyond that, his communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to help were simply on another level.

It is rare to find someone so dedicated to creating a great experience for guests. He made us feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for throughout our visit.
