“I was super excited to find out Woops had special Ramadan and Eid boxes for their macarons, so I decided to get some as iftar gifts for my friend. Even though it meant driving 45 minutes, the idea of gifting these themed boxes really made me happy. But when I got there, turns out they didn’t have the special boxes anymore, which was a bummer. Thankfully, Emily, the staff member there, was super nice and professional. She put together a beautiful box of macarons for me. They looked fancy and tasted delicious.“
“This is one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to! Unique flavors, creamy, and big portions! They also sell delicious in house made pretzels! We thoroughly enjoyed every flavor we had and we WILL return again! Their workers were very friendly and helpful, shop is very inviting, clean, chic, and outside there is a super cute, fun kid play area with picnic tables. Highly recommend for your family night out!Kid-friendliness: Adorable play area!“
“In town for the first time on a solocation and wanted some breakfast food. Did a random Google search for food near my hotel and figured I'd drop in for a quick sandwich pickup before sleeping in more. They say the best things in life are the things you don't expect. Everything from the full flavor doughy gritty somehow equally melt in your mouth biscuit (garlic cheddar) to the egg, cheddar, sausage (they were out of bacon, which means I need to come back to town and try that), and green sauce, was delectable. Is this the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life? It's giving Top 2 and it isn't 2. Thank you!“
“Today was my 1st time at Blossom Bowls. The young woman who helped me was super knowledgeable and so so sweet. She was efficient as she was juggling drive through orders as well as in store. Love my bowl! Will definitely be back to try more!“
“Absolutely fantastic beers here. From fruity to PBnJ, to Hazy and West Coast IPAs to great stouts, plus Pilsners and Mexican lagers. All are very tasty no matter your beer style. The service here is excellent even when they are busy. They are efficient and get through the lines quickly. If I only get to one brewery on KNX, this one is the one.I love the vibe here. Workers and customers are friendly and generally all happy to be here. Highly recommended stop!!!“
“Stock & Barrel had about a 30 minute wait for our party of 3 at 6pm on a Wednesday. Once we sat down and tasted the food, we realized why this Knoxville gem was so popular. We started off with the Opa!, which is a uniquely grilled hunk of feta covered in honey. What a fabulous tasty appetizer this was. Warm and crispy feta is something we've never had before and the honey added such a sweet touch. I tried to save a piece for after the meal, but my wife and I couldn't stop and finished the whole thing before the real food arrived. For my meal, I got the tomato salad with a salmon patty on top. It's a plate loaded with tomatoes soaked in balsamic flavor. Absolutely delicious and fresh. And the salmon patty was crispy on the outside and soft and luscious on the inside, with fresh salmon taste. I don't have salmon patties/burgers often, but this was the best one I've ever had.For a Wednesday night, service was kinda slow, but it was awfully crowded. We see that as a good thing for a local restaurant to be so busy mid week. But just go in expecting to wait a bit, both for a table and for your order to be taken and delicious food to be delivered. For such a huge bar, I was disappointed in the beer choices. I was given 3 to choose from on tap. But my wife was impressed with the bourbon and whiskey selections. And she absolutely loved the look of the bar, saying she wants to install something similar at home. We'll see about that.If you are looking for a hearty meal in a cool atmosphere in downtown Knoxville and you have a bit of time, Stock & Barrel is definitely a recommended choice.Vegetarian options: Our 12 year old pescatarian did just fine, but there weren't a lot of choices.Parking: The garage next door was very full, we ended up on the top floor. But because of the slow service, we ended up leaving after 8 which meant we didn't have to pay for the garage!“
“DISCLOSURE: I started this review after my first visit. I have since returned to sample dinner. Ype, it's that good. Prepare thyselves because the goodness of the Lord.Is.Here! From the menu to the delightful wildflower honey served with hot tea, you can tell someone who truly loves food and community is behind this place Y'all. Everything we ate was delicious!!! Well, save for the fruit tea. Could have been a bad batch but what I had was not sweet. My splenda-guzzling tablemate liked it. So do what you will with that. Brussel Sprouts - Candied bacon, PEARS and Pepper Jam Vinaigrette! First of all, where has Pepper Jam Vinaigrette been all my life??? Cuz my goodness! Churro Waffles with roasted banana pudding. Listen. I do NOT like a super sweet breakfast dish. But THIS. I was iterally willing to fight my Mama for bites! Haha. I kid, I kid. Waffles are lihgts & airy dusted with cinnamon sugar and topped with berries piled on roasted banana pudding. That BP is amazing. If I ever save room for dessert, I am ordering a portion of BP. On my 1st visit, I also had the biscuit sandwich. Can't remember the dish's name, but I do remember that dry arse biscuit. Nobody's perfect - I would circle the menu before trying that again. Second visit was planned specifically to hit lunch. Tried the black & blue fries. While the name is confusing (no beef but pork), this is a TOP TIER appetizer! You gotta try this! Get a little of everything in your first bite and thank me later. I cannot remember my entree only because I am pretty sure we ordered 2 and shared. I know one of them was the STAR - Maybe the meatballs??? I will confirm after my next visit. Cuz, TRUST that I will return. Service - very friendly Ambiance - Gaines approved! Iykyk“
“Food here is super fresh here! I love it. I never get any bad fruit. Customer service is great. Alex is the man! Always gets my order right and has my food ready by the time I get there . I can’t say enough good stuff about Everbowl. 20/10“
“Went with a friend today. Been a while since I’d been and thought I’d give it a second try.I got the AM burger with fried okra and sweet tea. I liked the tea. Not too sweet. And the okra and burger were pretty ok but the patty and the okra seemed like they might have been frozen and not fresh. The food wasn’t bad but my meal being over $20 just doesn’t encourage me to return.Parking: Small parking lot that I had a hard time pulling out of even with my small car. Mostly due to being surrounded by larger vehicles.“
“The fried eggplant and tofu was great! Great atmosphere. Here to update four months later. I always feel welcome here. I'm a woman married to a man and I love to see a pride flag. Here to support the Theys and the Gays ♥️??. This restaurant is a beautiful part of our little community and I appreciate them.“
“I love coming to this place! Team is amazing and always helpful!!! The food is awesome!! We love hearing Alicia Harvey play and the atmosphere is welcoming, laid back and friendly!! So many events and fun for everyone...even families!! Date night, need a bite, play games, hear some great music and the list goes on and on!!! Thank You, Danielle Gilbert Panzera“
“Cruze Farms in East Knoxville is a gem. The ice cream is dope - rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. But what sets it apart is the inviting atmosphere and the exceptional service. It's more than just a dessert spot; it's an experience worth savoring.Just a heads up, it’s best to plan on eating outside. There are some seating spots inside, but they fill up pretty quick.“
“Water into Wine is a lovely bistro, with excellent live music, great service, and a wonderful ambience. Our server, Kimmie, was super nice and attentive! The wine was excellent, with a large selection of unique options. The food was also great. We got the meatballs (super yummy), the chicken tacos (also great), and two cheese boards which had great cheese, super yummy candies nuts, and fresh fruit. The best thing we ordered was the chocolate board, which had a delicious selection of white, dark, and milk chocolate. The white chocolate was Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored and it was SOO GOOD. I would highly recommended coming here, it was fantastic!“
“Some of the best beers in Knoxville. Great place to hang out, family friendly without being overrun with kids, fun games, and a lot going on with an active calendar of events. Thursday is 1/2 priced drafts, so best deal in Knoxville in my opinion.“
“Great location for many areas of town with great service! Good pizza, wide variety of great tasting beer(my personal favorite is the pickle beer) and now even offers wine! Has a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere, including indoor/outdoor seating areas, games, and wine!? Oh and you can bring your kiddos and doggies as well! Check them out, you won’t regret it, overall top notch experience!“
“5 stars if you are looking for this: Smoking bar with lots of TVs dedicated to Sports. Good to excellent Bar food menu. Digital jukebox always on. Out door patio and pool tables. Friendly patrons.Parking: PlentyWheelchair accessibility: Yep.“
“This is a must-go place every time we visit Knoxville. We stumbled upon it via other Google reviews when we searched "best sandwich in Knoxville". The sandwiches are amazing. The bread is so soft and fresh. The portion sizes are generous (even the 1/2 size! It's plenty for lunch). The people are nice and the place is super cute. I HIGHLY recommend it!“
“I've been twice now. Had the sweet heat chicken and waffles with strawberries. It was delicious. Service was good. You can sit outside, which we did and that was fun. The prices are a little higher than, say, cracker barrel, but absolutely worth every penny!“
“This establishment at Cedar Bluff, is the sister of one of my very favorite restaurants, Lakeside Grill at Concord Park. The Cheeseburger was steller, cooked perfect to my request. Great ambience. This is one of West Knoxville's best restaurants. I highly recommend.. ??Wheelchair accessibility: All good.“
“We went to Van Edoms for happy hour and sat outside. Our server, Casey, was excellent. She was attentive and had a great personality. The owner came out to chat with us as well.As for the food, we had the most amazing stuffed mushrooms that were stuffed with goat cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes. That was followed by an order of crispy calamari served with a wonderful garlic aïoli. Since it was happy hour, the 6 oz. wines were half off and the wine list was excellent. We'll be going back frequently.“
“I've drove past this place several times on the way to other breweries in the area. I'm glad I finally stopped. Parking is a bit difficult to figure out, but just go around the block behind the place and you'll see the lot. Its worth it. The beer was great and Casey, our Beertender was great as well. He gave us some recommendations for food nearby and not a bad word was said about any of the other breweries nearby. I will return to this place!“
“Friend's all love it maybe I was expecting a little more. Atmosphere was cool but the bathrooms were in rough shape when I was there. I always envision that a restaurant's kitchen is as clean as the restrooms. Food was pretty good I was not a fan of the wing's or the pizza but I'm spoiled from eating at some other places. Service was really friendly and very attentive. I can def see why it's packed in the afternoon.“
“This is a "trendy" place to hang out, have coffee/tea/etc and also a bakery item to eat. They have a large in-house bakery and their items look great, however, they bake everything too long. Everything is overdone, dry and crunchy instead of soft and moist. They don't have any normal drinks like soda or even plain water. It is all sparkling this or hibiscus or elderberry, etc. Outside seating is nice but inside they have large tables to share. People were placing personal items on the table to save the seat for their friends who weren't there so they can hang out. Don't go here for breakfast unless you just want to hang out or feel like you are going to a cool place (except the cool people here are pretty weird, not cool).“
“First time going and went with some friends last night for dinner. All of our food was amazing, I had a really good IPA as well. Our waitress was great! Will definitely go back!Parking: It was busy, I got there at 6pm but I was able to find a good parking spot.“
“Ambience: Live, Laugh, LoveService: FriendlyFood: The Mac and Cheese Bites - AHHHHH-mazing!From the first bite, it was clear these weren’t just any snack; they were a revelation. Encased in a crispy, golden-brown crust was a molten core of creamy, cheesy bliss—each bite a harmonious blend of texture and taste that danced across the palate like a ballet of dairy and pasta. It was as if the gods of comfort food had descended to bestow upon us mere mortals the pinnacle of culinary achievement.I am forever ruined. They will not just satisfy your hunger; they will capture your soul, leaving you forever wandering in search of that fleeting taste of perfection. Farewell, my former food loves, you pale in comparison to the majestic wonder of these cheesy delights.“
“I'm glad I chose this place for a quick bite to eat and a beer. Nick the bartender learned your name and called you it throughout your visit. Being from Tampa, I ordered the Tampa Cuban and was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious. In fact, better than a lot I have had in Tampa. I will definitely make it a point to go back if I'm ever in town again.“
“They participated in the vegan chef challenge in March 2024 and I very much appreciated their efforts. I look forward to their vegan offerings going forward. Service was very attentive and very friendly! The environment feels good--clean. I was there during the day. I'd like to see what it's like in the evenings.“
“What a fun place! Being new to Knoxville, we met up with some friends. We loved playing bocce ball. The food truck had some amazing food. I had the birria tacos and they were delicious. The cheese dip and guacamole were good too. Several people had the burger and they said it was awesome. We sat outside on the picnic tables, the weather was perfect. And the best part it is FIDO Friendly!“
“Parking: I must admit, when I first discovered the restaurant on door dash, I was skeptical. I mean, it looked appealing, but you note how some restaurants “fudge” that. Well, Blossom Bowl has never deceived me. I have been seriously hooked to the bowls at this establishment. I have now gone from ordering delivery to stopping by and picking up my order before work. My option is to build my own, but the selection of the different toppings and bases makes every bowl a treat each morning. Yes! Each morning. I get their bowls every week day, and am proud to say so. Somehow, it just makes every day better. More tolerable. Thank you, Blossom Bowl ? .“
“Never had a bad experience here yet! Delighted to find they had brunch! The Monte Cristo was huge and yummy. Chicken and waffles was superb, moist, not dry like we've had many places. Very well done. Friends had the burrito which said it was delicious. Sure looked awesome!Really want to try the challah sandwiches next time.“
“Great atmosphere. Upstairs and downstairs seating. Upstairs has darts. Outside seating as well for those with dogs. Beer selection was decent. Tried a flight with an IPA, cellar beers, and helped. They were ok just not the best I have ever had. IPA tasted the best, could really taste the hops and grain notes. Helles was a little bland in taste. They do offer snacks. Parking behind building and is free.“
“this was a very fun and unexpected find, stumbled upon it, and glad we did. the decor is lively, the staff is charming and the food was delicious. really enjoyed the pesto gnocchi...the pesto was rich and a bit spicy, nice touch with the roasted pignoli. also tried the pear ginger cocktail and it was refreshing as advertised. thia is a fun place I'll seek out again if i drive through knoxville again one day.Vegetarian options: the kitchen was kind enough to make mine without meat, there were other options, but how can one resist gnocchi?“
“Madi Gras was epic here. Kids made beads and masks. Just perfect. Family, single, couples or groups no matter the size this brewery caters to all. 2 rooms. Plenty of board games. TVs for your enjoyment. The best part was the mixologists. They can serve a good drink and actually care about your experience. Prices are reasonable. Their own brewery on site. Any employee you ask is so happy to answer any questions. they show that they want to work there. That says a lot for today. We will definitely make this a normal place to chill. Cheers“
“Lunch party of four on Saturday, greeted at door and seated immediately. Our wait staff was Emily. She met us at the table and immediately brought water and took drink orders. Mixed drinks came quickly and were well done. Food also came soon after ordering. We ate steak tarta, brisket and hamburger burrito’s, and vegetarian quesadilla. All meals were delicious. The burritos were very large. We were only able to eat one half of each. Emily continued to provide friendly and attentive service through the entire meal. We were in the back room and enjoyed the entire experience.“
“For those who think you HAVE to go to a seafood restaurant, if you want to enjoy seafood; allow me to challenge your thinking!I'll go ANYWHERE to find GOOD AHI TUNA! I made a"call- in" to- go order, picked it up from the guy behind the bar, who was super sweet and really a great server, but anyway... went out to the car, drove under some trees and WOW!!First off, the serving size was HUGE!! Very non-typical when it comes to Ahi. What really got me though.... was the taste!!! Hands down, no contest!! This was the best Ahi Tuna I've had, outside of the coast.... no question.I've had ALOT of Ahi and, from the best of the best in Knoxville and, I'm so so happy to say, Tennessee Taphouse: You've made a LIFE-TIME patron of me!!Job Well Done!!If I could give you 10 stars, I'd give you 20!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“We recently held a private function at the Oliver Royal. The best experience anyone could ever hope for. The helped plan the event and menu options. That was great but the staff on the event night knocked it out of the park. Great folks that made it a very special evening.“
“It was simple. Not in a bad way. Good pizza. My friend ordered gluten-free. She got tummy upset so I'm not sure if it was cross contamination with gluten. Good pizza.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free. Can't say for sure if it's Celiac friendly.“
“This place is really great. Glad to hear they are expanding to the food market.I do wish they would open earlier. I often wish I could stop by after dropping my son at school for a breakfast drink.Kid-friendliness: My son and his friends love this place.“
“I had a superb experience this weekend. The Pad Ke Mao was seasoned perfectly, just enough spice (but beware if you have a mild palate!), tender noodles. Our server was friendly and helped us through the menu. Looking forward to the next time already.“
“M.O.B. is easily one of downtown's best spots. They have always hired the most incredible people and the patio/beer selection/location is unmatached. I have spent many game days, concerts, and relaxing nights with friends here and can't recommend it highly enough for beer lovers or anyone who just wants a casual drink in the Old City. Also, dog friendly for any pet owners looking for a change of scenery.“
“Excellent ice cream. Really fast courteous service. My only complaint on the standard Bruster's format is the walk-up format with extremely limited rain or blaring sun protection for waiting patrons. That is why their approach to "atmosphere" is only 2 out of 5.Dietary restrictions: I have tried their dairy free oat milk based "ice cream" and it is also very good. As is their sherbert.“
“This started out to be a place where primarily a group of food trucks offered a variety of eats but is now much more like an outdoor restaurant with permanent counters for ordering both food and drinks. And they still have plenty of menu choices even when food trucks are not there (had the buffalo chicken wrap which was delicious). They also have some covered shelters along with over 25 picnic tables (many with umbrellas) to have your meal or adult beverage outside along the creek. Highway traffic can be noisy after all the tree leaves fall which normally serves as a buffer zone between the highway and the eating area. But also have a fire pit & televisions for watching games and a contained kids area for them to play. In other words, there's something for everybody, including nice restrooms.“
“Roosters is a wonderful place with great service and food! Hannah, Sarah, Kelly, Raf and every other bartender will treat you like family. Pool table is a lot of fun with great players. Shuffleboard board and dart boards too. Try their pizza and wings. Best in Knoxville!“
“I would call this a medium size shop packed with some of the best selection of teas from around the world. Pre-packaged in a couple of weights, as well as bulk. Staff is super helpful and knowledgeable of their product. And if you are in for just a cup of tea to take out, or try one you are interested in, they have various sizes of most tea selections and will prepare perfectly. Staff is skilled in how to prepare the right amount and at the right temperature, which is an important feature of enjoying such a beverage. This spot has become my local source for quality loose leave teas of all types.“
“Passing through town, I Googled, best Dive Bar in Knoxville. Turns out this place was right down from my hotel. The place is awesome! They have a fire pit out back where you can sit and drink your beer. And best of all, everyone there was friendly. Next time I'm in town, I'll be going back!“
“It was my first time at Tupelo, and I had the Sweet & Spicy Chicken Waffles. WOW! the chicken was perfectly battered, cooked, and spiced. It wasn't too hot or too sweet. For me, there was plenty of food on the plate, and I ended up taking half home. I think an over easy egg on top of these chicken and waffles would have been amazing. I highly recommend Tupelo Honey!“
“Ordered the nachos and check menu for ingredients and I said nothing about cilantro. Nachos came out with a huge pile of cilantro. Server was very understanding and had them re made, and they where great. Ordered burgers no tomato and onion with double fries and got tomatoes and onions on the burgers and fries and coleslaw not a big enough of an issue to send back. Burger where amazing, fries are perfect. I wish the menu had cilantro warnings on foods. FYI the Pico is he heavy with cilantro as well.“
“This is a really cool German brewery/restaurant in a building that looks like a castle. They have a regular inside part, but they also have a Bier garden part where you can order food like you're at a fair and eat outside. The food was delicious. The only real issue is that they don't have a parking lot, so finding a place on the street to park can be difficult.“
“Finally made it out to Anaba & was glad we did!The chasu ramen was amazing. The broth was super flavorful without resorting to being overly salty. I was initially put off by the upcharge to get chasu in the Tonkotsu ramen base, because I'm used to places skimping on the meat. But there was an entire pile of chasu slices in my bowl, so it was well worth it.The rest of our food (edamame & a few sushi rolls) was great too, as well as the service. We'll definitely be back!“
“We come here often and this last time we had the best service with Mary Lee. She was so attentive with us, refilled our drinks regularly and kept our table clear of finished dishes which I love when we eat out. Next time we come back we will definitely see if she is working and request her!“
