“I’m very upset by the fact that Cruze Farm has ruined ice cream for me! By that, of course, I mean that no other ice cream place compares and will forever fall short of the new expectation set for me. This brand is a national treasure and needs to have a location on every street corner throughout the United States and beyond!“

Place an online order for delivery Friday and had some confusion and got delayed called and spoke with someone.Got it taken care. The app showed issues the next day so I stopped in at the store and cici( I believe that was her name) Was a wonderful help. She got my order right away for me. So helpful and kind. Spoke with some of the other employees and they all seemed so nice and optimistic. Adding another photo“

“Such a cute building! I really appreciated the way they route people for ice cream pickup to avoid congestion. The bathroom is adorable as is the outdoor seating. Wish they would get more vegan ice cream flavors but the dole whip is always delicious!“

“My friend and I went for lunch. We dined in.I ordered the Boss Hog Burger and fries and a Chili Cheese Dog. He got the Patty Melt,the D and B Dog,and Potato Salad. All of the food was beyond Amazing. The restaurant was super clean,with a feel good atmosphere. Manager and staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great dining experience. Will definitely be going back.“

“We found a new spot when passage through this part of Knoxville. Also great to support a wonderful cause with helping foster children and adoptive services in East Tennessee. The coffee was very tasty and the counter staff professional and extremely friendly. We will definitely stop by again.“

“We stopped in tonight on a whim and we both left very satisfied! I got the Cookie Butter Crunch and it was DELICIOUS. My husband had a root beer float. The Cookie Butter Crunch had swirls of Biscoff and crumbled cookie pieces. It was decadent and creamy. I’ll be thinking about that custard for days 😂 we will definitely be back!“

“i needed a healthy lunch for 10 women...a book club lunch. Several of the ladies have strict dietary restrictions. vegetarian, gluten sensitivities, dairy and egg restrictions. what a great find to be able to make every last one of these ladies happy! Delicious options. 10 options, all accurately prepared with good speed. cute spot.“

“Probably the best food in the local area. The food is always delicious and on point! I’ve never been disappointed and am consistently impressed. The service is always fast and friendly, there’s a salsa bar with many fresh and delicious options, and the drinks are high quality at a fine price. The variety and flavor of their options for ice cream and other frozen desserts are amazing too! This will be your new favorite restaurant!“

“I went there twice recently. Both times, the employees were very friendly, attentive and helpful. My ice cream was delicious! I got a waffle bowl because they make them in the store. It seemed to be a little stale. Also, I went around 8pm both times and it was still daylight. However, they had the barstools stacked which made it seem like they were closing. For the past several years I haven’t had good experiences here, but it definitely has improved! I would absolutely recommend them for ice cream!“

“Contrary to some surprisingly negative reviews, I do like this place very much. I’m a lifelong Pennsylvanian and my fiancée is a lifelong Tennesseean. We were in town visiting her family this week as we both live up north now. The burgers were excellent, the service was acceptable, place was clean, prices were reasonable. I’ll be back when we come back to visit family again. I’m a fan of this place!“

“This place is AWESOME!! From the cleanliness of the place as well as indoor and outdoor seating, courteous staff to the incredible flavors of ice cream, donuts and I especially love the pretzel. The best I've ever had! the ice cream is so creamy and fresh every time I've been there! My whole and extended family love this place and my 16 year old granddaughter says the ice cream is the best she's ever had...and that's saying something! Everyone..please come and see what all the hype is about!!“
