“The soft serve cones they have at Cruze Farm Ice Creamery are beyond generous! The entire establishment has such a dynamic, retro feel to the decor, and you can even grab a complimentary hat for a little one (which we did, and he loved it). Service was beyond prompt, and I received my cone within a minute or two. I love that they do basics like sweet cream all the way up to the more adventurous flavors like Lemon DoleWhip or Carrot Cake. Yum! Definitely bring the whole family to experience Cruze. They also have some products like ice cream by the pint and other dairy products along the side. I also spotted some truly adorable aprons. Parking is downtown, so try a parking garage! There seems to be limited street parking as well.“

The staff was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the ordering process and even offering samples to the kids (always a win!). While the wait time is a bit longer than your average ice cream shop, the employees were efficient and got everyone's orders out quickly. “Placed an order online and went to pick it up in the “curd-side” pickup (the name is adorable). Service was fast and my food was accurate and very fresh. The cheese curds are so good and my burger was perfect.Parking: I got curbside and there were a couple of spaces for that. But if I were to dine in, the parking lot seemed very full.“

“It was our first time there tonight and it was good to see you all busy around 7-730 or so. There were elderly people, young adults, parents with little kids, etc and we liked the atmosphere a lot. “I had the Stolen Brownie Sundae. It was SO GOOD! The brownie was warmed and had such a good flavor. The custard was great. The toasted pecans were to die for! The chocolate fudge was good. The only problem I see is that the portion was way too much for me. I didn't want to waste a bite of that goodness, so I finished it. I wish there was a small size offered. I felt worse than a baby in a milk coma! I guess you could say I was in a custard coma! ? LOL“
“I’ve gotta say, one of my best memories in a while has got to be coming to Pelicans. My friends and I were looking for a hangout spot after church and THIS IS IT. It is just a great place overall. I even got two things while I was there haha. I started out with the strawberry lemonade flavor. After that I went back for blue raspberry. It’s really good!! They have over 100 flavors I think and good variety too. Very family friendly atmosphere and the employee who served us was super nice and friendly. They have games in the outside area and plenty of seating. Gotta say, we will definitely be back here again!!! Can not recommend this enough! That is why their approach to "atmosphere" is only 2 out of 5.Dietary restrictions: I have tried their dairy free oat milk based "ice cream" and it is also very good. As is their sherbert.“

“What a fun place! Being new to Knoxville, we met up with some friends. We loved playing bocce ball. The food truck had some amazing food. I had the birria tacos and they were delicious. The cheese dip and guacamole were good too. Several people had the burger and they said it was awesome. We sat outside on the picnic tables, the weather was perfect. “Hit the drive thru after the eclipse. Got Sundaes with extra stuff and cheese curds based off a recommendation. Food was correct and fresh. W's on all items. Elijah even got our dog a pup cup, which she killed before we even got our curds, which were very decent and really don't need the marinara.“

“This is a great locally owned Mexican restaurant and ice cream store. There's always a bunch of people eating, but you usually don't have to wait for a seat. Food is brought out quickly within five or seven minutes in most of the three visits I've had there. They have your own salsa bar that you can make your own combinations and nice bar with various mixed drinks as well as beers and ice cream store is incredible. Homemade popsicle type treats and homemade ice cream of flavors including the ones you normally see and a few that you rarely see like mango and most of queso cheese ( it is amazing). Petrillos has become one of our regular places to grab a really nice meal. They also have a bodega next door that even has a butcher shop in it.Wheelchair accessibility: Concrete ramp access to the front door. Also outside seating with tables and chairs, and covered area as well as a side porch.“
“Recently, I had vacation plans and wanted to take Kilwin's dark chocolate vanilla buttercream chocolates with me. Sadly, I learned that particular delicacy was now only available in-store as part of the assorted chocolates product. However, all was not lost. I talked with Tiffany, the manager, and she offered to special order 2 pounds of them (don't judge me)! She even worked to coordinate our departure time with the chocolate's arrival time. To go a step farther, she called to let me know they had arrived and even worked out a way that I could get them outside of normal business hours. Both the candy and Tiffany were amazing! She is a great ambassador for Kilwin's and a wonderful customer service example. Since they aren't available in-store any longer it looks like special ordering them will be my only option... thanks to Tiffany!“
“Very bright, clean and fresh feeling as I dined in. My food was delivered to me in the dining area. I received fresh and delicious food. I had the $7 special, chicken strips, fries and a sundae. The customer service was great and the place was a breath of fresh air. I even enjoyed the music that was playing. The patio are was super nice too.“
“This is one of the best ice cream shops I have ever been to! Unique flavors, creamy, and big portions! They also sell delicious in house made pretzels! We thoroughly enjoyed every flavor we had and we WILL return again!
