But having missed the classic TCBY from the 90s it was so nice to have customer service from the bbq/TCBY staff that felt as good as back in the 90s when people cared about people. My family and I stopped in for ice cream and he was just phenomenal with my two children and so positive and upbeat. “The Lenoir City Sonic is one of the best I've ever ate at. Sometimes they are a little slow but that's because they have so many customers it's hard to keep up. I always try to tip good those ladies work hard to keep that food “
“Oh, my gosh! I was in the area so stopped by to try a cookie, a chocolate chip. All of the cookie choices are large and beautiful. The one cookie I bought was still warm, loaded with chocolate chips, and melted in my mouth. Quite the indulgence.“
“We brought our family of eight to Knox Dough for the first time, and had a good experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the ordering process and even offering samples to the kids (always a win!). While the wait time is a bit longer than your average ice cream shop, the employees were efficient and got everyone's orders out quickly. We entertained ourselves while we waited, with the selection of games they had on hand, The atmosphere was nice and we had a great time. Thanks!“
“It was our first time there tonight and it was good to see you all busy around 7-730 or so. There were elderly people, young adults, parents with little kids, etc and we liked the atmosphere a lot. I got a mudslide and my husband got a chocolate custard with cookie dough. They were both really good! We'll have to try another flavor next time. Thank you guys for a great treat tonight!“
“The ice cream was delicious and the employees are so kind and happy and were having fun! The scoops were HUGE! I got two scoops (one cookie dough, one cookies and cream) in a cone and then the cone broke so they put another cone underneath it, I just asked for a cup and then transferred each scoop into a seperate cup with a cone, it was delicious! Definitely recommend !Parking: There is a parking lot behind the restaurant!“
“The service was excellent. Hands down the best horchata I've ever had. I asked one of the ladies who worked behind the counter what her favorite flavor of paleta was. She told me it was the Ferrero Roche. I ordered it. Let me tell you, I'm not exaggerating when I say it's the closest thing I've come to the sublime. One of the best things I've ever eaten. I loved the seats with the view of the street. I shall come back again and will tell my friends.“
