The ladies did an amazing job on my sons birthday cookie! They put a huge bass jumping out of the water for a lure and it looked so good! He loved it! We ordered a large rectangle cookie cake ❤️ always a great experience!
Sent my son to pick up my $60 cookie cake. He told them he’s picking up a cake for his mother and gave them my name. They gave him the wrong cake! I live an hour away. They said I can bring it back to trade. 2 hours of driving! I can’t do that so I’m stuck with a cake that says way to go dynamite on it. Instead of my children’s name. No apology or anything! Usually, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, no matter how busy they are, they still keep a positive & friendly personality and professional manner.
