“I was super excited to find out Woops had special Ramadan and Eid boxes for their macarons, so I decided to get some as iftar gifts for my friend. Even though it meant driving 45 minutes, the idea of gifting these themed boxes really made me happy. But when I got there, turns out they didn’t have the special boxes anymore, which was a bummer. Thankfully, Emily, the staff member there, was super nice and professional. She put together a beautiful box of macarons for me. They looked fancy and tasted delicious.“

Still, the Cuban sandwich is my personal favorite. Nothing beats it, especially when the bread is fresh made in-house. The prices are insanely good too, for both the quantity and quality that you get. Easily my new favorite place to eat in town.Parking: Parking is around back. Plenty of space.“

“Great experience! The cupcakes are delicious. My favorites are the ones with cream cheese icing because I love cream cheese, but all were scrumptious! When I went last weekend, she had a strawberry cake with cream cheese icing that I wanted, but I was already getting one of every cupcake she had, so it would have been too much for us. However, if she has another one next time I go, I will get it. I have informed my husband that I want that kind of cake for my birthday, so maybe he'll try to order one for me. She has the best chocolate chip cookies, too! She came up with her recipe after repeated tries to please her husband until he was finally satisfied. Her efforts paid off. I will definitely be back for more! She provides excellent customer service and is very informative. Thank you so much! See you soon ?“

“This is a "trendy" place to hang out, have coffee/tea/etc and also a bakery item to eat. They have a large in-house bakery and their items look great, however, they bake everything too long. Everything is overdone, dry and crunchy instead of soft and moist. They don't have any normal drinks like soda or even plain water. It is all sparkling this or hibiscus or elderberry, etc. Outside seating is nice but inside they have large tables to share. People were placing personal items on the table to save the seat for their friends who weren't there so they can hang out. Don't go here for breakfast unless you just want to hang out or feel like you are going to a cool place (except the cool people here are pretty weird, not cool).“

“The cookies were very good. If you like chocolate chips in your cookies you’ll get them in abundance here. I like a little more dough but it’s hard to get it juuuust right but I really enjoyed the texture. Either way their chocolate chips are very good. Sugar cookies were good as well but go with the chocolate chip. I had the Twix brownie and I really liked it. Nice mix of flavors and good texture as well. The service was great as well. Plenty of customers were in there and I made a relatively small purchase but all the workers I encountered really interacted well with me and gave good recommendations and were very nice. Price isn’t bad for the quality of treats that I had.“

Fräuleinwunder Bakery Bakery •

“I first met Leah when she dropped off some delicious food to my house as a meal train a friend set up. We were totally strangers then, so I got to know her kindness before her talent. The highlight of the food she dropped off was this simple, elegant, delicious brioche with a label from this bakery I had heard about and wanted to try. After a little stalking, I learned I had just met the owner of that bakery! I love freshly baked breads that's a results of quality ingredients, solid skills, and positive intention. Leah brought all that to life through Fräuleinwunder. Everything we've had from there is fresh, well balanced, and aesthetically pleasing. Baked goods from Fräuleinwunder can be the star of a meal if you are making a sandwich or bread pudding, or a great companion as a side and/or dessert. I consider their bread a part of my daily happiness, so I definitely recommend everyone to try!“

“A Knoxville Classic Where Time Stands Still (and the Pie is Amazing!!!Litton's Market isn't just a restaurant, it's a Knoxville institution. Established in 1946, the walls practically drip with nostalgia thanks to the old pictures and genuine, welcoming vibe. Be prepared for a wait – this place is popular for a reason – but trust me, it's worth it.The first thing you'll do is grab some chalk and write your party size on the board. Embrace the tradition! While you wait, take a peek at the menu (or the pictures on the wall) – it'll get your mouth watering. We started with the onion rings, and let me tell you, they were divine. Thick-cut, perfectly fried onion goodness with ranch and honey mustard for dipping – a classic done right. For the main course, we went with cheeseburgers and a sweet potato" (which turned out to be a delightful surprise – more on that later). The burgers were everything you want in a classic burger experience: pure, high-quality beef that shone through with every delicious bite. Litton's doesn't mess around with fancy toppings here – just pure, delicious beef on a fresh, bakery-made bun. It's no wonder they're known for their burgers! We thought the sweet potato was actually "sweet potato fries." Honestly, it was a happy accident. That cinnamon butter was pure magic – like a warm hug for your tastebuds.By the time lunch was over, we were stuffed, but everyone knows you don't leave Litton's without dessert. We opted to take ours to go (which, let's be honest, only lasted about an hour at home). The peanut butter pie. Oh, the peanut butter pie. As a self-proclaimed peanut butter aficionado, I can confidently say this was the best peanut butter pie I've ever had. Seriously, it defied explanation. Imagine clouds of peanut butter bliss nestled in a perfect crust. It was that good.We also grabbed a slice of German Chocolate Cake, which was fantastic, but after that peanut butter pie, well, let's just say the peanut butter stole the show.Litton's Market is a gem. From the classic atmosphere to the incredible food (and life-changing pie!), it's an experience you won't want to miss. I can't wait to get back – if only for another slice of that peanut butter pie!“

“We are very appreciative of the wonderful gluten-free goodies from Benefit Your Life. My husband has celiac disease. We have purchased many of the different treats, and they have all been delicious. We are especially fond of the oatmeal cream pies and the buttermilk coconut pie. We met 30 years ago this week, and both ordered coconut pie that night at Peterson’s in Mount Adams in Cincinnati. Cookie Plug Bakery •

“This is a cookie store to make your mouth water. They have just recently opened in Knoxville near West Town Mall (in the same strip mall as Firebirds). They have huge cookies over an inch thick and about as big as a burger in diameter. They have a wide range of flavors and most cookies are about $5.00 each, with discounts for quantities. I had the chocolate chip cookie, and it was delicious. When I went, there was not a line, but when I first noticed they were open the line wrapped down one side of the building. The service was excellent and they greeted me politely and asked me to be sure and come back. This is the place to fulfill your sweet tooth cravings. Stop at Cookie Plug anytime you are in the area of West Town Mall. Follow me on Yelp for places to eat, and fun things to see and do in Knoxville and East Tennessee.“
