“Holy heck. I was skeptical, have had a lot of good cinnamon bread in my time, but just from walking by you could smell the deliciousness and I knew it was going to be amazing. We got 3 cinnamon breads for 6 people and ate them all! They were SO amazing fresh all warm and the icing melts on them 🤤 DO NOT miss this place while at Dollywood.“

“Absolutely amazing! Our group of 10 had burgers, chicken sandwiches, mini corn dogs, fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and a salad. The sign on the door asks for patience due to employee training, the time was actually super short! The food was fresh and delicious. Seriously the best burger I’ve ever ate and those crunchy onion rings are to out of this world. All of the employees were super nice. 10/10 recommend!“

“Okay so the funnel cake is awesome. It's really good. But what I really need to comment on is there is a man that works there and I believe he said he's from Ecuador. What a gem of a human being. I did not catch his name but if the store owner reads these reviews I really hope this man gets some props as an employee.

And if he gets a chance to read this then I want to tell him what an awesome person he is and what an impact he made just by talking to him for about 2 or 3 minutes.

Their food is awesome so definitely go there for the funnel cake. They have so many options for toppings and different kinds. I've never seen a place with that many options.

And to the very awesome Ecuadorian man, I hope you get that family that you want with the wife and kids and I hope you get to go see your parents soon.“

That left just one...we did not get her name but she handled it like a boss. matter of fact she tried to call her manager several times and manager didn't answer (imagine that). “At the end of our Dollywood excursion, my husband and I stopped at the Spotlight Bakery for some Dolly-themed baked goods to take home. Everything here is baked fresh daily and was delicious!

Little known secret, but you can also purchase the famous Dollywood Cinnamon Bread here instead of waiting in line at the Grist Mill! It definitely lived up to the hype; fluffy, hot, sweet and came with icing and apple butter to put on top. Not to mention the portion is enough for three!

We also got a cinnamon bun and a butterfly Rice Krispy treat. Both were also so yummy. There were so many freshly baked treats on offer I had trouble deciding!

This is also the place to buy that famous 25-pound apple pie for you and the whole family to tackle. A great bakery offering freshly baked treats to complete your Dollywood experience!“

“I was on vacation in the smokies when we wanted to do something for my sister in law and brother’s birthday. I decided to call this place and get a cookie for them. While I was on the phone ordering my wife suggested they decorate with some bears and trees to go with the mountain theme. I asked the lady and she said she could try but she couldn’t make promises on them. I laughed and said it would be fine and if it was bad it would give us a funny story. I wasn’t sure if they could do it as it was the day of their birthday. To my surprise she said she could have it done in two hours. We picked it up and it was awesome. The lady did a fantastic job and it was probably the best cookie we have ever gotten from Great American cookie company. They did really well.“

“I visited on Sunday off Memorial Day '25. The employees were all very friendly and eager to help. Plenty of food waiting to be purchased. We purchased an original Cinnabon and Auntie Anne pretzel. Both fresh and delicious. They are open until 11 pm!“
