“We’re visiting from Florida & we heard about the amazing staff and food all the way down there so we had to come & WOW. We are so happy we did. The food was such a large proportion and so delicious. The waiter we had was kind, knowledgeable and speedy. Francisco. Then to end our lunch was an amazing woman who I believe was the manager coming over and checking in on how our lunch went, Sandy. She chatted with our family for a while and you could tell she was genuinely so happy to be there and it made a memory for our kids for a lifetime :) we will definitely be telling everyone about the amazing experience we had!! Thank you all!“

“Upgraded hotel voucher for $1.50 and ordered the Bananas Foster pancakes. Layers of bananas topped with pecans and a caramel sauce. No need for syrup. Added real whipped butter, not margarine. It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!“

The game card for the kids was a nice touch. The quality and variety of the games in the arcade was so fun and entertaining. As an OT and mom I appreciate they have a nursing room and calming room for overstimulated kids (or adults!). Great addition to Pigeon Forge!“

“Everything was amazing. Server was great with a friendly attitude, very informative. Food was prepared quickly and as ordered. The only complaint I could possibly think of would be that the 8oz steak had a portion that was very tough but the rest was amazing and without a doubt I will be returning soon“

“This was my first time at a Waffle House and I had a great experience. Cody was our server and he did an amazing job. Very friendly, wonderful service, and he was careful and precise in his service. I now feel that if I go to another Waffle House, it would be a sub-par experience.“

“The pork rinds are delicious!!! They actually fry them at the stand!!! The BBQ flavored ones were really good!!! Would definitely get them again if I was in the park! They are a great snack to ward off hunger!!! You can’t go wrong with these!!! Would recommend getting the souvenir bucket because it is refillable and that is a cheaper way to go!!! “What a wonderful dinner at Ember & Elm. I am a foodie and very particular about my food, and this experience did not disappoint!! Our waitress, Poppy, was fantastic, and the food was 5 star. The salmon was perfectly cooked (medium) and our appetizers of deviled eggs and southern fall medley with crispy Brussels sprouts, pork belly and sweet potato slivers was amazing. We took dessert to go - strawberry shortcake and bread pudding, was excellent. The chef and staff checked on us several times. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!“

“i know you can get a good dog at Costco and Sam's Club for $1.50 but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and pay dearly but there is nothing like a good footlong to top off the day at Dollywood and the curly fries are an added treat. Dogs N Taters is the place. You can enjoy a little live music next door if you time it right. I would never pay $13.99 outside of the park unless I was at an NFL game but hey you only live once. Enjoy it ! !“

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.“

“We went here on Friday night during the horrible traffic jams. We got there at 9:30 pm and even though they were closing at 10pm our waitress Colleen made us feel very welcome. She’s the best waitress“

“Our experience was awesome! My wife is an ICU Nurse and very sensitive to indoor dining no matter how many precautions are taking by the establishment. I was told the outdoor dining had been closed for the season. After a brief explanation to my wife’s story, Kristin offered to seat us outdoors and offered incredible service.
