“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. If you want a blast from the past, dont miss Sunliner Diner“

“We’re visiting from Florida & we heard about the amazing staff and food all the way down there so we had to come & WOW. We are so happy we did. The food was such a large proportion and so delicious. The waiter we had was kind, knowledgeable and speedy. Francisco. Then to end our lunch was an amazing woman who I believe was the manager coming over and checking in on how our lunch went, Sandy. She chatted with our family for a while and you could tell she was genuinely so happy to be there and it made a memory for our kids for a lifetime :) we will definitely be telling everyone about the amazing experience we had!! “Fat Bear Tavern is a must visit place for out of towners and locals! My wife and I eat here regularly and when our family or friends come to visit we always bring them to this wonderful place. We have tried everything on the menu and it's all so delicious. We absolutely love their burgers, club sandwich, and chili. They also have wonderful breakfast items. The service is always very friendly and it has a great atmosphere. I give them an A+“

“We went there 1/10/2025 beautiful rainy day, the restaurant wasn’t packed. The atmosphere was nice, Cuban music, Cuban desserts and sodas at a glance. We were attended quickly, we got our cold drinks and the appetizers freshly made. The beef empanada and ham croquettes were amazing. Then we got the pork chunks and the shredded beef, the entrees come with white rice, beans, and your choice of tostones or maduros (no yuca that day). Finally we got a tres leches as dessert and cafesito (Cuban coffee). Overall we give it a 9 in our opinion, just because the shredded meat was a bit tough.“

“We had a great time at Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud! Since it's owned by the same company as Pirates Voyage, and Dolly Stampede, there were some similarities in the meal, including the creamy vegetable soup and chicken. The soup was excellent, and while the food was generally similar, we thought the meal here was better overall. The roll was much better than the biscuit, and the BBQ pulled pork was a huge improvement over the single slice of ham. Most importantly, I left feeling full after dinner instead of looking for a snack later.

One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and it was fun getting to know some of them before the show and then seeing them perform later on. The show itself was funny, entertaining, and had great crowd participation that kept everyone involved.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the floors throughout the venue were noticeably sticky. I'm not sure whether it was from the cleaning products being used or from spilled drinks, but it was something we noticed as soon as we walked in and throughout our visit.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Hatfield & McCoy to anyone looking for a fun dinner show in Pigeon Forge.“

“Upgraded hotel voucher for $1.50 and ordered the Bananas Foster pancakes. Layers of bananas topped with pecans and a caramel sauce. No need for syrup. Added real whipped butter, not margarine. It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!“

“We stopped in to grab some breakfast and ordered a few things off of the sides menu, the breakfast tacos and the beignets. My boyfriend who ordered the breakfast tacos was unaware that the mango salsa that came on them had tomatoes and onions in it. He has a food sensitivity to onions and while trying to pick through the tacos to get them all out a waiter noticed he was unhappy with his meal and pulled our waitress, Mariah (hopefully this is the right name as it was the only name on our receipt), to the side to have her check on us. My boyfriend didn't want to cause a big fuss but she insisted that his food be replaced with something he would be happier eating. He ended up ordering an omelet, which he said was delicious. Mariah was super sweet and definitely knows how to take care of her customers. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Our favorite thing that we ordered was the beignets. They were delicious. The grits are also super good. Thank you to the staff who took care of us today! Sorry we didn't catch all of your names but you were all very much appreciated!“

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“My wife and I watched this show on 5-21-26 and it was an awesome experience. The performers were all very good. The cornish game hen was tasty. All of the food was really good. The servers work very hard to make sure you're taken care of. The show before the show had some really talented musicians playing some bluegrass and other types of music. Not my style of music, but they were very good and I enjoyed their show.“

If a card is declined, it will not show a pending payment for what was so called declined. So was literally held hostage showing them the payment posted on my phone while they were telling me it was declined. Had to get cops involved in the end just so we could leave.“

“The food and service were so good that we ate dinner here two days in a row.
Dinner starts with a croissant drenched in honey butter. We added a Margarita and pineapple mule to dinner the first night. The shrimp and fish had a light crispy batter all were perfectly fried. The steak tips in mashed potatoes, covered in grilled onions and brown gravy were perfect.
Next night was crispy chicken on a bed of greens with sweet pecans. His country fried steak was huge but a little inconsistent thickness made it's texture vary. Our servers were college kids and very attentive.

And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good. “I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.“

“This was a true gem, we stopped here for a quick bite, we shared a veggie calzone it was really good. The owner was there, he stopped and chatted with us, was really nice, the girl at the counter was really nice , this place is locally owned and is well worth the stop, we will definitely be back.“
