“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“We had a room with a balcony looking over a branch of the Little Pigeon River! The hotel is a Hilton specialty hotel and it is built very solid! The room was exceptionally quiet and the bed was by far the most comfortable one I experienced the entire trip! I highly recommend it and will return in the future!!“

“Booked last minute and loved the theme and vibe. Clean, comfortable beds with a working ac. It's right on the strip so you do get some noise but it's expected and very minimal. I also loved that it is wheelchair/handicap accessible. The room we were on was a different floor and you got up to it by going up a ramp. I thought that was neat. The pool looked inviting and I loved the lounge chairs, I'll have to bring my swim suit next time. The free pancake breakfast was also nice. Hoping to stay here again later this year. I will say the hill makes me anxious but it's worth it.“

“Nice location to grab a snack before you go on the Dollywood Express train ride or just a stop before walking around the park. We ordered the Klondike Katie pizza flatbread, pretzel garlic bread sticks ( not available) , and had our Dollywood mug free refill for the day then supposed to be $1.99 refills next time you bring it to the park. The pizza was good and we were not charged for the soda ( free for the (1)day bracelet. Also found out that if you only wanted to fill the Dollywood mug with ice and water no charge.. there's plenty of seating outside in the shade.“

“Lumber Jack’s Pizza is fantastic! The place is very nice, clean, and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly. If you’re looking for something different, you’ve got to try the cheeseburger pizza—it’s delicious and unique! They even have live entertainment on Saturdays from 6-9! Definitely worth a visit.“

“Wow!!!! Maybe some of the best pizza I ever had!! Brought my family in after an evening at the waterpark and everyone loved it! The staff was nice and helpful and we got to meet the owner John. He was awesome, super friendly and very passionate about his pizza….and it’s no surprise bc it was seriously delicious!

It was my wife and I and 5 of our kids. We dined in and got a large pepperoni a large cheese and a medium cheeseburger pizza…and even as good as it was we still had some left over that we will enjoy later at the hotel. If you are staying in Pidgeon Forge and want to have a pizza night this is the place you want to try out! If 10 stars were an option John and his establishment would easily get all 10 from me!“

“First night at the hotel after camping and we were starving. We got the kids a large cheese pizza and we got a works pizza. Everything was hot and fresh. My two liter was nice and cold. They had my size if marinara extra that I ordered and crushed it!!“

“The food was great, ready quickly and tasted good. The only complaint I had was I wasn't able to have our food delivered to our hotel room. We had to pick it up and it was literally like two buildings down from us. Not too aggravating but I'd have liked delivery.“
