Let me start by saying communication goes a long way. I order pizza online and was estimated 49 minutes for delivery. No problem. Well that was at 8:02 PM, 9:30 rolls around an still no pizza and no phone call. I called the store only for the phone to hang up after ringing for a few minutes. I called back and asked the lady who answered for the status of my order. She said well delivery is taking about 40 something minutes. We get a pizza from this location everytime we are in pigeon forge. They never miss. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. On the occasion we have it delivered, the drivers are always courteous. I highly recommend this location.

We ordered from Papa John's and had delivered to our campground. Not always the easiest to find. But our order came quicker than expected, the driver searched until he found us and everything was perfect. Best pizza we've had in the area in a long time!!! Delivery driver was super nice and when we called to tell them "Good job" Adrienne was very curteous, friendly and appreciative as well. We will being ordering from here more often!!!
