“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. If you want a blast from the past, dont miss Sunliner Diner”

“Great menu, great experience! First off, this restaurant is a former O'Charleys location. Right off the bat, instant nostalgia. But, they have definitely made it their own. As a pescatarian, I was so happy to find the Shrute Burger on the menu....superb!! Shoestring fries.. yum! They make all of their sauces in-house including the ketchup. The Caesar dressing was the best we ever had. Amazing beer options....I enjoyed my flight. The Local Goat ale was my favorite 😍 Would definitely return!”

“We went there 1/10/2025 beautiful rainy day, the restaurant wasn’t packed. The atmosphere was nice, Cuban music, Cuban desserts and sodas at a glance. We were attended quickly, we got our cold drinks and the appetizers freshly made. The beef empanada and ham croquettes were amazing. Then we got the pork chunks and the shredded beef, the entrees come with white rice, beans, and your choice of tostones or maduros (no yuca that day). Finally we got a tres leches as dessert and cafesito (Cuban coffee). Overall we give it a 9 in our opinion, just because the shredded meat was a bit tough.”

“Off the main strip lovely place if you have gone to a Brazilian steak house imagine that sub the steak for flavorful pizzas my favorite was the Quatro Queijos my hubby loved the nachos pizza. the garlic parmasan wings were so tasty. Gabrielle(a) was such a sweet and nice person, explained everything to us and made sure we were full before we left. it was like eating at a friends house and them taking care of you.”

“I ordered tickets through the phone number because we need a handicap seating for my mom. We got there in time for the hour-long pre-show. The process is very organized and everybody was very helpful and courteous. They have you take two pictures that you have the option of purchasing later no pressure to purchase them. Are seeds were right inside the auditorium to the right and we had a perfect bird's eye view of what was going on the ladies room was right behind us the food was excellent the whole process was very well organized very enjoyable and quite entertaining for kids as well as adults”

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.”

The Peach Cobbler funnel cake was my favorite and tasted like summer. To compare that we got a traditional funnel cake with chocolate syrup and that was well above any fair or amusement park. Our kids got rootbeer floats and my dad got some ice cream that he still talks about the flavors. This is will be a must stop for us next time in town. Only empty plates, cones and cups with full bellies.”

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.”

It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!”

“We stopped in to grab some breakfast and ordered a few things off of the sides menu, the breakfast tacos and the beignets. My boyfriend who ordered the breakfast tacos was unaware that the mango salsa that came on them had tomatoes and onions in it. He has a food sensitivity to onions and while trying to pick through the tacos to get them all out a waiter noticed he was unhappy with his meal and pulled our waitress, Mariah (hopefully this is the right name as it was the only name on our receipt), to the side to have her check on us. My boyfriend didn't want to cause a big fuss but she insisted that his food be replaced with something he would be happier eating. He ended up ordering an omelet, which he said was delicious. Mariah was super sweet and definitely knows how to take care of her customers. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Our favorite thing that we ordered was the beignets. They were delicious. The grits are also super good. Thank you to the staff who took care of us today! Sorry we didn't catch all of your names but you were all very much appreciated!”

“Stopped in for breakfast/lunch at this fun little spot, and the standout feature was definitely the animatronic chickens. They were quirky, unexpected, and honestly pretty entertaining to watch. I just wish the show lasted a bit longer—they were neat, but over before you really got to enjoy them.

As for the food, it was… fine. Nothing terrible, nothing amazing, just not something I’d rave about. The experience itself was more memorable than the meal.

Still, the place has charm, and the chicken theme alone makes it worth checking out at least once. If you’re looking for something unique and a little offbeat, it’s a fun stop.”

It's all you can eat and the food is dense in the best sort of way, so you may not need another meal for quite some time. Chicken and catfish are really good. Pot roast is decent. All the sides are really good, but the turnip greens really stick out as the best with the okra and mac snd cheese as a close second. Definitely worth stopping by and staying a while, though it does induce a bit of a food coma.”

If a card is declined, it will not show a pending payment for what was so called declined. So was literally held hostage showing them the payment posted on my phone while they were telling me it was declined. Had to get cops involved in the end just so we could leave.”

She didn’t rush me or treat me like an idiot for taking time to pick out what I wanted. Very patient compared to my usual experience at the Subway back home. This was also the cleanest Subway I had ever been to, the food looked SO FRESH I wish I took a picture. The woman ringing me up asked me if I wanted to make it a combo with chips and a drink which actually saved me some money, so kind of her. This is the customer service we want from a Subway, these ladies are doing a really great job, GIVE THEM A RAISE SUBWAY !!!!”

“The food and service were so good that we ate dinner here two days in a row.
Dinner starts with a croissant drenched in honey butter. We added a Margarita and pineapple mule to dinner the first night. The shrimp and fish had a light crispy batter all were perfectly fried. The steak tips in mashed potatoes, covered in grilled onions and brown gravy were perfect.
Next night was crispy chicken on a bed of greens with sweet pecans. His country fried steak was huge but a little inconsistent thickness made it's texture vary. Our servers were college kids and very attentive.

“Hey everyone lm a Mexican chef from Sonora west coast and something than got my attention that's the fact about why people lived a bad reviews on this place, let me tell you this lm so happy that l found this place near to Chattanooga where lm from, l have to travel all the way to myrtle beach s Carolina to eat a crab legs. The food is so good, crab legs omg right on point l so recomend this place an a 100%. And remember, seafood never has to be overmarinate to be good. If u don't know about seafood stay away from this goodnes.”

“Stopped by with the family after we had dinner next door. The housemade ice cream was amazing - between us we tried the Coffee Brownie, Nana's Strawberry Cake, Cookie Monster Cookies n Cream, and the Bear Tracks. We got cookies to try later at home (buy 6 get 1 free!) and every single flavor was delicious. We are here in Pigeon Forge for a week and definitely plan to come by at least once more!”

“This is by far the best Crumbl I have visited. Staff are friendly and store is clean. Quite often when you visit Crumbls the baking area is an absolute mess.
There is a lady who works here and she gives the best service I have ever received. So polite and friendly. She gives fairy godmother vibes.
