“We're in (or driving through) Pigeon Forge often, and every time we pass this place, it's packed! We finally decided to see what all the fuss was about. We went around 6 PM on a Thursday. They told my wife and me it would be about a 40-minute wait. We were actually seated in about 30. The food was absolutely outstanding! My wife had a cheeseburger, and I had a half rack of ribs. We also split a salad. All of the food was delicious! I had one of their fruity specialty drinks, as well, and it was also yummy. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The prices were also reasonable - especially for a tourist town. We will definitely be visiting again!”

My meals included their chicken salad and fruit plate, and another trip for chicken broccoli Alfredo. Delicious generous portions.The beautiful pottery touches throughout the visit adds to the charm. I have come to the area for about 50 years from Ohio. This one goes on my favorites list.Parking: Hidden small parking lot in back, or the big parking lot at the trolley station. A few pull in spots in front of some of the old mill shops also.Kid-friendliness: Your sweet babies are more than welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: All 1 level. Stone walkways can be uneven but accessible.”

“This place is legendary! The food, service and hospitality is incredible. For $25 you basically get served a feast. The biscuits with corn fritters and butter to start are ridiculous. Corn chowder served next is excellent. You then get a small salad with a choice of dressing. Then the main course. I had the fried catfish which was outrageous and my wife had the fried chicken and it was also outstanding. The serve it with big bowls of excellent mashed potatoes and wonderful stewed green beans cooked with ham. So good. You also get a dessert. I had the best pecan pie ever! They brought the kids fresh vanilla ice cream on the house. What an amazing restaurant. I can't say it enough.”

There were some larger people at the table next to us and there was no room for people to sit on the other side of our table. The table was not movable either.”

It wasn't the cheapest dining option at 50-60pp, but everything was decent and the price for quantity and variety made this comparatively cheap. Next time in Dollywood we will def try to go back and eat here (as long as we are not going on a coaster immediately after on a FULL stomach).”

“Parking: It was a hilly parking lot, so if you have someone disabled or find it hard to walk on hilly surfaces, you should stop close to the door to let them out there. There are handicapped spaces available to park, but none were available when I was there. All in all it was fine. Elderly may find it difficult. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone”

So I took her to this location in Pigeon Forge and the food, service, cleanliness and appearance were the best of any we have ever eaten. The manager was making the rounds to check on customers, the food was hot and fresh. Nothing was over-salted, or bland. It was good. Kuddos to this crew. They have done the customers and company a solid service.”

“Ordinarily I wouldn't review a McDonald's but my kids love it and parents will go there for the kids. The drive-thru is quick and moves along well. This location has fairly decent food and is a lot better than most locations. Accuracy has always been good and the staff is polite. If you get stuck going to McDonald's because the kids want a happy meal this is a good one in my opinion. My quarter pounder was fresh and hot and as good as it gets for McDonald's. As always excellent sweet tea and fries. McDonald's isn't at the top of my list but I can reccomend this one.”

By the time we made it to the drive thru, we realized this Burger King was closing.We were very surprised to hear an employee tell us they would gladly take our order anyway.It being so late, every single person we interacted with, treated us as if we were the first customers of the day. “Just had the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a while here. Visiting from out of state and needed something to eat after doing the Astra Lumina at Anakeesta late at night. Decided to risk the low rated Taco Bell a quick drive up the road from Gatlinburg. Everything was right, full to the brim, and speedy even though it was 11pm at night and had a line that was wrapping around towards the street.”

“Parking: It was a hilly parking lot, so if you have someone disabled or find it hard to walk on hilly surfaces, you should stop close to the door to let them out there. There are handicapped spaces available to park, but none were available when I was there. All in all it was fine. Elderly may find it difficult. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone”

“Best chicken tenders I’ve ever eaten. Buttermilk ranch is delectable. Papaws fried bologna sandwich had pickles on it that made the flavor delicious. Cajun shrimp cooked to perfection. Green beans made this lunch complete. Great flavor and not over cooked. House salad was top notch.”

“After a long 9.75hr drive, my wife and I were hungry for some tasty food, but didn't want to leave the resort. We stumbled across the High Note located within the Dollywood Heartsong Lodge and Resort and were not disappointed! We both ordered hot sandwiches from the menu and when they arrived we were shocked by the amount of food that we got. As seen in the pictures, the portions are massive! You definitely will not leave hungry. The late night staff serving us was so kind and had such Southern hospitality. We definitely recommend this restaurant to any travelers looking for a quick bite to eat.”
