“Service was average,food was good.There's some Jamaican kids there that are very responsive to fixing problems; weather it be meals that weren't fried properly etc...
And it is because to them I gave it 5starts. If I'm to be honest and give an unbiased advice; itvwould be : to make sure the chickens are turned fried on the right temperature "...I've had a piece(not properly done) once in a while .“

“I recently visited Zaxby’s and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food was undeniably delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Zax Sauce added a nice kick. The fries were well-seasoned, and the toast was buttery and satisfying. Everything tasted great, and you could tell care was put into preparing the meal.
However, as much as I enjoyed the food, I couldn’t help but feel it wasn’t worth the price. The portion sizes were smaller than expected for what I paid, and by the time I added a drink, the total seemed a bit excessive for fast-casual dining. While the quality is good, I’ve had similar meals at other restaurants for much less.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and inviting, so no complaints there. It’s just hard to justify spending so much for what ultimately feels like a splurge rather than a regular dining option.
I’d recommend Zaxby’s if you’re craving something tasty and don’t mind spending a little extra, but for me, it’s more of an occasional treat than a go-to spot.“

“I got the pork BBQ slider at the take out window and since I do not eat beans and coleslaw they gave me extra pork on the side. ? Delicious! While I sat outside, Miss Lillian came by and at the same time the Country Show next door started. What a great send off right before I left Dollywood to head home to PA.“
