“I recently visited Zaxby’s and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food was undeniably delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Zax Sauce added a nice kick. The fries were well-seasoned, and the toast was buttery and satisfying. Everything tasted great, and you could tell care was put into preparing the meal.

However, as much as I enjoyed the food, I couldn’t help but feel it wasn’t worth the price. The portion sizes were smaller than expected for what I paid, and by the time I added a drink, the total seemed a bit excessive for fast-casual dining. While the quality is good, I’ve had similar meals at other restaurants for much less.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and inviting, so no complaints there. It’s just hard to justify spending so much for what ultimately feels like a splurge rather than a regular dining option.

I’d recommend Zaxby’s if you’re craving something tasty and don’t mind spending a little extra, but for me, it’s more of an occasional treat than a go-to spot.“

“Ordered the 12 piece meal-part crispy/part original. Excellent customer service. Order was completed quickly & correctly.
Paper plates and forks were offered & accepted as well as grape & strawberry jam.
Everyone was polite and
courteous. The interior was clean and bright. We will definitely visit to this location again when we return to the Sevierville area.“

“Came from North Carolina, not knowing what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Great prices, great food and the strawberry butter was to die for.“

“I got the pork BBQ slider at the take out window and since I do not eat beans and coleslaw they gave me extra pork on the side. ? Delicious! While I sat outside, Miss Lillian came by and at the same time the Country Show next door started. What a great send off right before I left Dollywood to head home to PA.“

“Tenders were cooked great. Place needs a major face-lift, including the Loves Truck Stop. Josh took my order and was quick to get me taken care of and then went right back to sweeping.If I had recommendation I would tell the woman manger to not do a meeting out on the floor were people are wanting food. People don't need to hear who has what holidays off and who isn't doing there job. Take that stuff to the back.“
