“We had a good meal here and we’re glad to see they care if the sining area is clean. Only thing keeping it from a 5 was they forgot the swap to Texas toast on one sandwich. I ate it anyway, but would have liked to have it the way it was ordered. I am sure they would have made it right, but we were in a hurry. Overall a good experience.“

“I eat here regularly and always have a hot and fresh meal as everything is prepared as ordered. The staff are excellent and personable! As a bonus, I'm a parent of a Marching Admiral (Farragut High School Band) and they have been THE BEST with helping us this year on various levels. Thank you Zaxby's Farragut for being a sponsor of the FHS Band!!“

“I always love KFC! service is usually bad, but it is fast food.. so, I don't really expect too much when grabbing a quick bite to eat in the drive-thru. The order was accurate, they got it out to me in a timely manner, but the person working the window didn't have much of a personality. Overall, good though.“

“Stopped at KFC in Lenoir City on Mother’s Day to pick up some chicken and french fries for my very picky 9 year old who didn’t want what the rest of the family was having for lunch. We used the drive thru and were immediately greeted with a friendly welcome which is so rare these days. Thank-you! We then pulled around to the window and the person working handed me a purple carnation for mother’s days. Wow! Very impressed with the customer service. Greatly appreciated!!!! Excellent job staff!“
