My egg rolls have not been cooked right the past few times i’ve been through the drive through. The grease of y’all’s fryers needs to be changed because it’s making them look burnt, same with the fries. Highly disappointed with my order today. Asked for a double side of fries on both meals, and i still ended up with the cole slaw.

Not everybody is welcoming with good customer service please thank you and have a nice day like showing enthusiasm to work there or even have a job at all it's kind of like blah blah and I'm so in love with funnel cake so since they've had those I've been getting one at least twice a week but every time I do I don't know they either been sitting there or overdone because they're always hard instead of nice and soft definitely not worth $3.90 I feel like I should have at least...read full review

This was my first time at Zaxby's. The lady at the drive through was rude. That doesn't bother me much, she's got a rough job. I am very disappointed with the amount of chicken. 6 tenders ended up being one tender and 5 nuggets. For more than ten dollars I am simply upset at the quantity of chicken. Tasted fine and Zaxby's sauce is really good. I won't go back though simply because of how little I got.
