Based on customer reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings in Lenoir City has very mixed experiences. The food is consistently good, and it is probably the best place to get wings in LC. The lemon pepper wings were great. However, service suffers during the evening shift. Multiple times, customers have ordered extra sauces or a special modification and did not get them during the evening. One customer reported old slimy, chemical tasting cucumbers. Another customer had an incredibly awful experience, waiting 22 minutes for food that was cold, receiving lemonade instead of strawberry lemonade, and getting no ranch sauce for the fried pickles and cheese curds. There are also issues with sauces, as customers have to pay extra for sauces that come with the meals and then they are left off. On the positive side, the customer service from specific employees is amazing. One woman at the window was incredibly kind and sweet. Both ladies at the drive thru are the best employees, nice and professional, and they keep customers happy. Brooklyn at the Lenoir City location is SO sweet and attentive to customers, standing out with customer service and customer interaction.
