“Taco salad with steak and chicken. Add some salsa, hot sauce from the mini fridge up front, and a tad bit of queso if you have any left over (if you ordered queso... but who doesnt at a Mexican restaurant)... so good. Mix it, take a few bites and start breaking the bowl apart for texture. Cant get enough. Last time I went I only had one small piece of grissle from the steak ab the size of a nickle. 10/5 stars.”

I don't like the way they make you pay when you make your order when you walk in. it's has a line for a tip, why would you tip and not been served I tip according to how I was taken care of. this time we hade a very good waitress she checked on us several times through our meal so I left her some cash. I usually don't have cash just sayin”

“We stoppped in for lunch yesterday (Friday). The atmosphere was attractive and charming. We were waited on by Troy who is an amazing individual and a delight to converse with. I had the seafood ravioli, which was just enough for lunch and soooo delicious. The man had the chicken parmesian and he raved about it. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. We will definitely return!”

“We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?”

“the best chili’s we have ever gone to. it was so busy but i’m not even kidding, our food came out in five minutes fresh. the server was just great overall, i could see her going back and forth to tables getting stuff done. i forgot her name, she had curly hair and was of a darker complexion. sweet lady thank u for ur service!”

“We went through the drive-thru with a large order. They accidentally missed one item. No big deal. I went in to ask for the one item. The manager was so nice and apologetic. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct. Great customer service. Our food was also delicious and fresh.”

“Stopped in for the first time and the food was really really good!!! The main salsa could be a little thicker but the green sauce at the salsa bar was excellent!!! Everything tasted good!! They could adjust the lighting inside the restaurant to feel less like a cafeteria, way too bright and cold feeling!! Otherwise a good experience, we will definitely be back!”

“Clinton.Tn Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.”

“Had Valentines dinner with my wife and really enjoyed the experience. In my opinion if you can impress on that night you have done something. We both had the surf and turf, and I must say the steak was perfect. I had the scallops and while they were not bad they were not impressive either. I found them bland and a little on the rubbery side. The salad and veggies as a side were very good but we both wished we had tried the lobster Mac and cheese, it looked amazing... something to come back for. We were impressed by the decor and the menu selections but really thought the price was very reasonable. This will definitely go in our regular restaurant list! Now to figure out when we can go back and try the grill side of the clubhouse, the menu looks very good and maybe an even better value with a great list of music and trivia! One pet peeve, why does every restaurant think they have to bring some kind of “romantic” music in for Valentines? A live saxophone player in a small room is not romantic.”

“It was a Thursday evening while traveling on vacation when we ate here. I surprised that the restaurant was so crowded on a week night. However, I don't know the area so, it might be shift work or a football night, who knows. Anyway, we were seated fairly quick as a couple. The service was good. We enjoyed our food as usual at Chili's. I had the half rack of ribs and my wife had the Nacho's. The meals filled is up and had to have take home boxes for the left overs. The restaurant was clean, service was good, the noise was a bit high with so many people but, that is not Chili's fault. I would recommend this Chili's.”
