“Good people still exist! Tonight, September 8th at 8:55 I walked into this Dunkin' desperately needing a coffee. I had been at Children's Hospital in Knoxville all day with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter who has RSV & was admitted. A very scary & stressful day. I was exhausted and still needed to drive home. I hated to go in 5 minutes until closing but I needed to stay awake 45 more minutes to drive home. Their card machine wasn't working & could only accept cash. I didn't have cash. The 3 men working, without hesitation, each pitched in and paid for my iced coffee. I was so overwhelmed with their kindness that I broke down in tears. I thanked them profusely and left. Thanks you gentlemen so much for helping this grandmother out, I will pay it forward!“

“The people there were so nice and patient with me. When I couldn't get my thoughts straight, the woman helping me order was able to help me out. I told her i needed it SWEET and they delivered. And my favorite part is that all I had to do was mention I couldn't have a lot of caffeine and she understood immediately and happily accommodated! She didn't even need a why to know exactly what to do. My tachycardia thanks her. And the male who helped me to pay and gave me my drink was conversational (mind you its 7:30 am) and kind.
