“I gave 3 stars on the food because it seems every time I ordered food, there is something off abt it. I ordered a grilled cheese yesterday. It was toasted on 1 side ?. I added bacon n it was paper thin literally n all 3 slices were piled in the middle of the sandwich. I ordered a bagel a few weeks ago, toasted with cream cheese on the side. I received a cold raw bagel with cream cheese ON the bagel. I checked my ticket 2 b sure it was ordered rite n yes the ticket said what I asked for, but someone apparently just didn't read it. The best 1 yet has 2 b the loaded hashbrowns. I paid $4 for 7 hashbrowns with a tiny amount of cheese n 1 piece of paper thin bacon torn into like 3 pcs all tossed into a bowl.? U get more hashrounds from Hardee's for less money. Iv included pics for reference. When I get food that looks like this, I take pics becuz there have been several times that someone has questioned my honesty when I informed them of screw-up. I don't think many people would b any more happy than I was if they received this food. I really try not 2 complain becuz I know what it's like working in that atmosphere n understand things happen. I also dont particularly want 2 go back n most times can't go back 2 get what I originally ordered. Does anyone want 2 make 2 trips somewhere, just 2 get a correct order? I have called 2 nicely inform them of the screw-up n just suggest they pay closer attention. Of course, they take offense n say I can drive back a 2nd time n I tell them no thanks. The reply I got was, so what do u want me 2 do abt it? I just want someone 2 pay closer attention ? Otherwise, I do like n appreciate the app. I like the drinks n being able 2 order n pay ahead on the app. It makes things ez'r n in some ways faster. This is just my experience, n my opinion. When it comes 2 ? I have 2 b honest n say Krispy Kreme is hard 2 beat, especially with the hot off the roller donuts ?“
“Doughnuts are off the hook delicious. Took 2 dozen to our employees who said some of the best they have had! Came by at 6:30 am knowing lines get long later in the morning. Person working the counter was very courteous and quick. Will be back!!!!!“

“Being a Veteran is a call to serve for me. I served faithfully in the USAF for 23 years with no regrets. We have been blessed with recognitions from many businesses. We may ask if there is a military discount, but we never expect it and are very thankful for i when it is givent. For many of us who had missions not that favorable or rewarding we knew we had a purpose and did our best. I don't know where I was mentally this day but after getting all the answers from my questions about their donuts one of the owners (Jimmy), he boxed up my order, gave me an extra donut for my first time being there and then gave me this incredible discount for being a veteran . It blew my mind, I got choked up and took me to some place I hadnt been in a while. It's amazing how kind actions from stranger can really change your moment. I am in total support of status dough not only for the kindness shown, but the incredible delicious quality of the donuts they make. My favorite donut is the old fashion and they have the best I have ever had with the exceptions of the hot fresh ones out of the grease at a Publix in Florida where I worked as a kid during the 80's. They also had a seasonal Pumpkin old fashion that came in a close second. Their cinnamon Roll was like an elevated Honey bun. They were so much lighter and the glaze had to be honey because it tasted so natural and not super overdone sugar. My wife thought the Boston creme was amazing (her favorite donut). They make all the fillings and glazes from scratch and it really was proven when I bit into the blueberry Paczki ( polish donut). The filling bursted with fresh blueberry toast without overly sweet and the brioche dough was phenomenal. The final surprise was when jimmy recommended the vegan snickerdoodle donut. I don't care for snickerdoodle cookies and obviously not a vegan, but he had me already sold. When I brought it home my family loved it (even the picky 8 year old grandson) and it is now my number 3 favorite. I cant wait to see what the rest of the holidays come out with. They have me as a number one customer.“
“The Cinnamon rolls were the lightest most delicious rolls I have ever had. Just the right amount of sweetness. Not a big sticky bun person so it was refreshing to have a light dough with cinnamon flavor without tons of sugar and frosting. The coffee was one of the best coffee to go I have had in yesrs. So much to choose from, so fresh. Just moved close to the shop. They also have breakfast sandwiches. Hard working wonderful Owners and very kind. Will be back for sure.“
