“Good people still exist! Tonight, September 8th at 8:55 I walked into this Dunkin' desperately needing a coffee. I had been at Children's Hospital in Knoxville all day with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter who has RSV & was admitted. A very scary & stressful day. I was exhausted and still needed to drive home. I hated to go in 5 minutes until closing but I needed to stay awake 45 more minutes to drive home. Their card machine wasn't working & could only accept cash. I didn't have cash. The 3 men working, without hesitation, each pitched in and paid for my iced coffee. I was so overwhelmed with their kindness that I broke down in tears. I thanked them profusely and left. Thanks you gentlemen so much for helping this grandmother out, I will pay it forward!“

“I honestly, should have done this a long time ago. The service at this location is truly unmatched. I’m pretty sure these guys know me on a first name basis I come so often. There’s one particular gentleman that seems to always be there. He has to be the friendliest person I have encountered at any sort of chain business in who knows how long. My order is always perfect and everyone is always friendly. And when I say my order is always perfect, I’m not even kidding. I seriously don’t think they have ever made a mistake, which is pretty much unheard of. But even if they did, I would go back 1 million times over simply because the employees are kind and professional. Unfortunately, that is a rarity these days. I’m usually rolling through on two wheels trying to get the kids to school on time and get myself to work on time. I once ordered from the wrong location and rather than making me pay twice, they made my entire order and didn’t charge me! For no other reason than I was clearly in a hurry and frazzled.
