“Stopped in on my way to work. Joan was an absolute angel. She was so kind and understanding. I wasn't familiar with the coffee menu, so she walked me thru what they offered. She was so patient. “When I’m on my way to work in the mornings, I pass by several Dunkin’ locations, and this one in Pigeon Forge is my number one, the best customer service.
I’ve been going to this location for over a year, and they’ve never gotten my order wrong. The staff is super friendly, and ever since the first week I went there, they remembered how I like my drink and always make it exactly the way I like it. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“
