“I stopped by the Sevierville location this morning and just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing broistas—especially the girl from Phoenix! I didn't catch her name, but she was incredibly sweet, friendly, and truly made my morning. I'm originally from Arizona as well, but now live in Clearwater, FL (where, sadly, there's no Dutch Bros), so this visit was extra special. She went above and beyond by comping my drink, giving me stickers, and making me feel genuinely appreciated as a Dutch Bros customer. She is the BEST… despite attending my rival college! 😂💙💚🩵“

“Best coffee we had and better than any chain by far. We stopped twice during our trip and wish we would have found it earlier to stop even more. We highly recommend this coffee shop! We were also excited to see all of the inspirational Christian quotes throughout the shop. The staff were so kind and friendly. We can't wait to visit again when we are in town. Thank you for having such a friendly, welcoming shop with the best coffee around!“
“Went on a side quest to Central Coffee and Crumb in downtown Sevierville. They currently have fall specials; I tried the Pumpkin Spice latte and the Apple Orchard Harvest. Normally I am a hardcore pumpkin girl, BUT, the Apple Orchard Harvest was my favorite! It was like fall in a cup; the perfect amount of apple and caramel but the brown sugar provided the depth that brought everything together. 🥰🥰 I highly recommend this place! 100/10“

“Hi MiMi, my husband and I are from GA and we stopped by the Knife store on our way back home today. We saw your adorable stand and stopped by to get coffee on our way out. I met your granddaughter and she explained how she was on her third day after being trained and today was the busiest day yet. I am also a MiMi to my 7 grandchildren. I assured her she was doing a great job and her grandmother should be proud. You have a beautiful granddaughter and awesome setup!! God Bless you both ❤️“

“Stopped in on my way to work. Joan was an absolute angel. She was so kind and understanding. I wasn't familiar with the coffee menu, so she walked me thru what they offered. She was so patient. My iced coffee was perfect, and I look forward to my next stop. I only hope Joan is there to take my order. Take good care of her, she will keep the customers coming back.“
