“Waze took me here after dropping a friend at the airport after a vacation week in Gatlinburg! A weary traveler driving back to the Illinois flooding and needing some love to get my journey started! Ordered a Brown Sugar Caramel Latte and a Vanilla muffin and oh my goodness! The baristas were fantastic, quick and very attentive and the latte and muffin have not been equalled in my 67 years of life! No kidding! Hats off to the ladies that made my day so much happier! 💛🧡🩷💜“

“Personally I think this location is the best one in the area! I’ve been coming since they opened and I love all of the baristas here. I love it when the girl in the drive through with the fun hair jokes around with me. It always makes my day! They always get my drink right even though my order is a little complicated. “Better McDonald’s in town would recommend not going inside rather drive-through inside frequently smells like feet and sometimes homeless people outside the food is good. Only recommendation that I would have is making sure to keep it in a little bit longer so it’s nice and hot.“

“I love Commonplace. The atmosphere is very cozy, calm, and happy. The employees are so personable and kind. I accidentally spilled an entire coffee and not only did they refuse to let me help clean it up, they also replaced my coffee without hesitation and without me even asking.
