“Visiting town from PA and decided to stop in today to try this place out after a long morning of hiking and exploring Ijams Nature Center and Forks of the River up in South Knoxville. Shelly, the owner, was working, and I really enjoyed interacting with her and getting to chat a bit. I had a few questions, and she answered them thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I also got to meet her daughter, who was also there. I ordered a chocolate Elvis. This drink was chocolate, banana, and peanut butter. VERY refreshing on this hot day. I walked about 7 miles this morning and feel VERY rejuvenated now that I have just finished it! It restored me, and now I will probably go out for a run soon on the local town trail. Drink was $9.88. That is reasonable considering you would spend a couple dollars more at a place like Chipotle or Five Guys for a meal that was far less healthy and far less nourishing. Support local! I am proud to say I have tried to make it an effort to support local my whole trip here, and I hope you will, too, and will give Heritage Nutrition your business!“
