“Everyone Working at this location on thursday April 17th 2026, deserves a round of applause! Seriously management give your team the message! The food was perfect! Burger made neat and tasted really good. The fries were perfect, nuggets were crispy and the hot and spicy was beautifully made and delicious! All the food was 10/10. The order was taken quickly despite lots of people in line and the staff was friendly! We'll done!“

“I happened to be in Sweetwater this morning so it was the perfect time to try Cup Runneth Over and I'm so glad I did! From a greeting when walking in the door, customer service was on point. Maddie made me an excellent latte and the blueberry muffins were quite possibly the best I've ever eaten.“
“Kaylee is absolutely perfect!!! She was so refreshing and incredibly nice. I had such a stressful day at work, and she made it 10x better! I’m not sure what the other girl’s name was, but she was also so sweet. I asked her to surprise me with a drink, and she gave me a cookie butter drink, which is my absolute favorite flavor! They were both so kind and made my experience amazing.“

“Good people still exist! Tonight, September 8th at 8:55 I walked into this Dunkin' desperately needing a coffee. I had been at Children's Hospital in Knoxville all day with my daughter and 4 month old granddaughter who has RSV & was admitted. A very scary & stressful day. I was exhausted and still needed to drive home. I hated to go in 5 minutes until closing but I needed to stay awake 45 more minutes to drive home. Their card machine wasn't working & could only accept cash. I didn't have cash. The 3 men working, without hesitation, each pitched in and paid for my iced coffee. I was so overwhelmed with their kindness that I broke down in tears. I thanked them profusely and left. Thanks you gentlemen so much for helping this grandmother out, I will pay it forward!“

“Was visiting the area and decided to give this a try. Coffee was excellent as was the sandwich I had with it. Largest selection of sugar free syrups I’ve ever seen! Staff was super friendly and engaging and the space was comfortable. Will definitely stop again when in the area!“
