“We had no idea where we were and we just needed a place to stop. We found this spot and decided it was gonna have to work. Little did we know that we had discovered the coolest little coffee shop in East Tennessee! The coffee is awesome! And, of course, the best southern hospitality there is! We will remember this spot and will definitely be back for more coffee.“

“Every time I stop here for breakfast on my way to work, they act like the know me, they care about me and are happy to work there. It is AMAZING to me that they are the same every time I stop. I, at first, thought it was a freak to see people that happy to see a customer. But, consistently, they give the absolute best customer service. The food is GREAT and if it is was awful because of their customer service, I would go back to Madisonville, TN Dunkins. I live in Athens, TN but our Dunkins is typical fast food - generic blah service. This Dunkin's is a great experience. I love coming here just to see how happy these folks are!“

“I came through the drive thru around 3:30 yesterday. The young lady taking my order was so cheerful! When I got to the window to pay she had a beautiful smile and her tone was great. I pull up to the second window and the employee was pleasant as well. Received my food and it was fresh. The fries were amazing (hot and just the right amount of salt) and the spicy crispy chicken sandwich was perfect. The breading was like it had been fried in an iron skillet.
