I always get an iced matcha here, and the morning staff are my absolute favorite people. I rarely ever have an issue, but if I do, they are always ready to make it right! I’ve never liked Starbucks or Dunkin’s, and I certainly wouldn’t travel for them, but I would for scooters
Best coffee and service! We live in niota and I used to be a Dunkin donuts girl. Until there service and coffee started to go down hill. I got coupons in the mail for scooters in Sweetwater and found out it's the same distance as Dunkin donuts. We gave it a try and the service was quick and amazing the ladies at the drive thru were so professional and helpful since it was our first time there and we got the blended Carmel and wow it was amazing I now have converted over. I had never heard of Scooters before and we had just moved to TN. This place is great!! The girls have been great every time and are so bubbly when you order. Just a suggestion - tip these girls when you purchase. Standing on their feet all day, they really do work hard all day. Just MPO. Great coffee, and oh, the best chocolate chip cookies!!
