I had never heard of Scooters before and we had just moved to TN. This place is great!! The girls have been great every time and are so bubbly when you order. Just a suggestion - tip these girls when you purchase. Standing on their feet all day, they really do work hard all day. Just MPO. Great coffee, and oh, the best chocolate chip cookies!!

So sweetwater scooters is AWEFUL.!. I ordered my coffee on line , get to the window they don't find it charge me again for coffee . Then looked on my confirmation on the phone , tells me again they don't see where it was ordered on the app. Charge me again , did it without scanning my app.code to get points. Then tells me to have a nice day . And they will refund they app money as soon as they figure out what happened to the online order!! In other words, they aren't going to worry with it, I pay 2 times for 1 order , we sorry have a nice day.

I don't usually go places for veterans day, but I know scooters is supposed to be veteran owned. I was told that they offered a free drink to veterans on veterans day. I went today and before I ordered I asked if they honored that deal and they said yes. When I got to the window they didn't actually honor the deal and I still had to pay. I'm just a little disappointed.

The coffee is delicious! Good flavor. The blended coffees are not too sweet and have a definite coffee flavor. We are really pleased to have them nearby. Thanks, Scooters.

Non consistent sizes, and non consistent prices. Probably not going back here. No receipt to check how they charged... not even telling me my prices in the drive thru till I get up to the window. AND THEN asking for a tip, and just automatically adding one?? No thank you.
