“I got an iced Banana Bread Latte and it was SO GOOD. As someone who makes their own lattes from home, I'm often disappointed with Starbucks, dunkin, and unfortunately a lot of local coffee shops. This latte tasted exactly how I wanted it to: cold all the way through, not watery, syrups were mixed in and not just sitting at the bottom of my drink, not an artificial taste in the flavoring, well spiced, and the cold foam was so yummy! I was so pleased, definitely the best coffee I've bought in a long long time. I'm excited to work my way through the menu!“

“I love my Dutch Bros. location here in Oak Ridge TN. I love all our broistas, they're all so nice and very helpful if you need help choosing your drink. Dutch Bros is my favorite. Today was the doggie bandana give away. I tried the pumpkin caramel brule. I had it iced and it was delicious. I totally recommend Dutch Bros. they have more than just coffee.“

“I just want to recognize the manager working this morning. While I was waiting at the drive-thru, I overheard him coaching one of his employees. He didn’t realize his microphone was still on, so I got to hear something you don’t always get to hear in a customer-service setting.

There had been an issue with an order, and instead of making a big deal out of it, he calmly told his employee, “That’s all right, let’s just remake it. We can take care of these orders.” Then he said, “If that’s the worst thing that happens today, then we’re gonna be just fine.”

When I got to the window, I asked if he was the manager and told him I had overheard what he said. I just wanted him to know that his encouragement stood out to me. He said, “Positivity feeds positivity,” and that it was going to be a good day.

That genuinely made my morning. As someone who works in a leadership position myself, I really appreciated seeing a manager handle a small problem with calmness, perspective, and encouragement rather than frustration or blame.

Whoever is responsible for this Dunkin’ should know that they have a manager who understands that how you treat your employees matters. A little positivity really can change the atmosphere of a whole workplace.
