He always makes sure my orders are accurate and goes out of his way to create a positive experience. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way he does.

Unfortunately, the atmosphere was tense because of one customer's blatant rudeness.
I was filling a cup at the drink station across from the table she was seated at. The customer did not allow the worker set down her dessert items at the table before requesting it be remade. The desserts appeared fine. She continued to make passive aggressive comments for all to hear. Thankful not to be with her party. How embarrassing!!!
The manager offered to refund her purchase, but she continued with her loud speaking and attention-seeking minologue. He asked her to leave. She refused.

Panda Express is by far the best I've ever had it is definitely quality Chinese food. I have ate at several Panda locations the Oak ridge store is the best. I go out of my way to come to this store.
consistently friendly, consistently clean, consistent good food. Cierra, Will Pond,Josh Thompson and the other managers and their crew they are professional. You'll be able to tell that you're not at Taco Bell. Some Chinese restaurants are notoriously dirty, not here. I've never seen a low health inspection score on a Panda restaurant“

“It's always a pleasure visiting this location. We come in, the staff always has a good attitude, service with a smile. This place has been consistently providing such great services each and every time we have visited. The food is prepared with care, the inside of the shop always kept clean, tables wiped down, and a clean work station. Not to mention how freaky fast our sandwiches were made! They even have vegetarian and vegan options. Keep up the great work Jimmy John's !
