“This Baskin-Robbins in Oak Ridge is absolutely fantastic! It’s right in front of the Walmart over there. I had a pistachio ice cream, and it’s one of my all-time favorites. The team at this location is doing an amazing job under the new management. Highly recommend it!“

“Our first time & we were happy with it! The only thing I’ll say is… We about didn’t even go. Everywhere you look there’s mixed information about them being in business versus closed permanently. My Apple Maps & Yelp both said permanently closed. A quick google said open with hours being updated 2 months ago. Almost everything else pointed to them being out of business… The FB page doesn’t have any recent activity. There’s no reviews from this year. It’s easy to assume that maybe they closed their doors for good sometime between last summer to fall. Just saying, because I’m sure we can’t be the only ones that have (almost) skipped out on this place due to the above. Glad we didn’t! The outdoor setting in Jackson Square is cute & the kid loved the pigsss… getting ice cream is always a fun little activity. I’m sure we’ll return. Onlookers… THEY ARE OPEN! ♥️“

“They have a great food, but if you were trying to get a hold of them through the phone at their restaurant, they good luck. I have tried for over an hour and no one has answered. I need to tell them I want marinara with my cheese curds.Lol“

“I just left the Oak Ridge location. The staff are friendly and provide great service for the price.
Unfortunately, the atmosphere was tense because of one customer's blatant rudeness.
I was filling a cup at the drink station across from the table she was seated at. The customer did not allow the worker set down her dessert items at the table before requesting it be remade. The desserts appeared fine. She continued to make passive aggressive comments for all to hear. Thankful not to be with her party. How embarrassing!!!
The manager offered to refund her purchase, but she continued with her loud speaking and attention-seeking minologue. He asked her to leave. She refused.
