“NikNaks Ice Cream is delicious! I had their Superman scoop from the ice cream truck at a local dog park, and it was the perfect treat after a hot day outside. My dog loved her pup cup too 😂

Overall, the prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the experience was great. I recently met the owner, Niki, and she is incredibly friendly and outgoing. If I wasn’t moving, NikNaks would definitely be my go-to spot for ice cream!“

My Apple Maps & Yelp both said permanently closed. A quick google said open with hours being updated 2 months ago. Almost everything else pointed to them being out of business… The FB page doesn’t have any recent activity. There’s no reviews from this year. It’s easy to assume that maybe they closed their doors for good sometime between last summer to fall. Just saying, because I’m sure we can’t be the only ones that have (almost) skipped out on this place due to the above. Glad we didn’t! The outdoor setting in Jackson Square is cute & the kid loved the pigsss… getting ice cream is always a fun little activity. I’m sure we’ll return. Onlookers… THEY ARE OPEN! ♥️“

“This Baskin-Robbins in Oak Ridge is absolutely fantastic! It’s right in front of the Walmart over there. I had a pistachio ice cream, and it’s one of my all-time favorites. The team at this location is doing an amazing job under the new management. Highly recommend it!“

“Excellent service. The manager on duty (Keagan) was taking orders at the window and has fantastic customer service skills. Blizzards were made by Leif (we got two) and they were superb! We were worried when making special request changes to our order but they followed what we asked for 100%. Will surely be back!“
