I ordered a large steak and cheese to split with my friend, when I got the sandwhich I noticed the steak was ice cold like it hadn’t even been heated but only in the middle so I ate it anyways. Afterwards I tried to kindly let the staff behind the counter know that I didn’t want anything to make up for it because I had eaten my sandwhich anyways, but the meat was cold to the touch and almost icy, one female employee apologized while what I assume was the manager interjected...read full review

The service is nice, the employees are friendly, and the food is always good. I've been several times, and wanted to wait to post until I was certain I was able to be unbiased. Every time I have ordered something different, as did my girlfriend, and both of us tried a little of the other's food to be sure, and we both agreed that the food is crazy good. Placed an online order here after a workout — I got the “Hook and Ladder” hoagie. MAN! Let’s just say this place puts the “fire” in these sandwiches. Their sauce mixture on this sandwich brought everything together. Everything was fresh, warm, and ready for pickup when I walked in the doors. Will definitely be back.
