I ordered a large steak and cheese to split with my friend, when I got the sandwhich I noticed the steak was ice cold like it hadn’t even been heated but only in the middle so I ate it anyways. Afterwards I tried to kindly let the staff behind the counter know that I didn’t want anything to make up for it because I had eaten my sandwhich anyways, but the meat was cold to the touch and almost icy, one female employee apologized while what I assume was the manager interjected and rudely told me my sandwhich wasn’t cold, and wasn’t icy. She said it multiple times, trying to argue with me as if she had eaten the sandwhich herself. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

The service is nice, the employees are friendly, and the food is always good. I've been several times, and wanted to wait to post until I was certain I was able to be unbiased. Every time I have ordered something different, as did my girlfriend, and both of us tried a little of the other's food to be sure, and we both agreed that the food is crazy good. They are also very informative about the foods they make, if you have any questions about the menu, the staff always seem very willing to help.Dietary restrictions: They are very clear when you mention any dietary restrictions, and very helpful about what would be a good option for you. The only thing I can say is, I am not sure if they have gluten free options instead of their standard bread options.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessable with standard wheelchairs, power chairs, or even crutches.

The food is what it is typical subs with good flavor, however that’s where it stops. Customer service is non-existent as with almost all retail businesses regardless of industry. Onsite management…none, responsive ownership…none. It’s a teenage daycare center that serves food.

Placed an online order here after a workout — I got the “Hook and Ladder” hoagie. MAN! Let’s just say this place puts the “fire” in these sandwiches. Their sauce mixture on this sandwich brought everything together. Everything was fresh, warm, and ready for pickup when I walked in the doors. Will definitely be back.

They were slammed following a soccer tournament that had just finished down the road. They still got all four of my orders correct and in a reasonable time considering how busy they were. Only downside was we (me and the staff both) failed to get the phone number entered for the rewards program.
