We ordered online to make life easy, pulled up feeling efficient… and then got the news: the Baja Blast Freeze machine was down. I’m not saying that’s the only reason we chose Taco Bell, but… it was absolutely the only reason we chose Taco Bell!
I didn’t go full meltdown mode—just hit them with a “seriously??” and laughed because honestly, what else can you do at that point? The employee was super kind and grabbed the manager, who explained everything and helped us pivot.
We ended up with regular Baja Blast over ice (still elite, no complaints), but here’s where they really won me over—they surprised us with a large order of cinnamon twists AND two taco vouchers. Like… okay Taco Bell, I see you
So yes, the Freeze machine may have been down, but their customer service was very much up. After a long day, that kindness (and bonus snacks) turned everything around. 10/10 would risk emotional attachment to a drink machine again.“

“We stopped here as travelers and on this day 9/14/24 at 11:51 we placed an order for Big Mac meal and fish sandwich meal and our Big Mac was the best looking and tasting we have ever had. It was perfectly made and looked just like the commercial and pictures. It was not sloppy and had the perfect amount of each ingredient to not take away from the other ingredients.
