“Visited on Sunday morning. Very busy- drive thru wrapped around the building. Both lines moved well, our wait was under 10 minutes inside with the order ahead of us with 10plus items. Our steak biscuits were hot, made to order and absolutely fresh! The employees were working quietly and efficiently despite some customers being rude. Way to go Employees!!“

“Today is May 7th and we went threw the tribe threw around 9:30pm to get my mobile order.

The guy and girl working the window were awesome. They were polite, funny and they made my night :)

“it was great but dang. it was nasty. floor was horrible. drink machine was over flowing, tables dirty. i drove 45 min to come here.“

“Came through the other night. Food was cold and not fresh. Came back by tonight, express that I wanted fresh food. Because my order wasn't fresh the last time I came and they're feeding me my dinner before work. The manager on duty was so nice. “Food is better than ever! Beats the hell out of McDonald’s! I can see and taste the beef on my Whopper. But, the stores at Burger King are always dirty and that has not changed. I do not understand why it’s so hard to clean your place up. You have staff standing around. If I managed this store, it would stay spotless. Anyway, good was delicious and that’s a great start to changing your reputation. Don’t stop now…. Clean!

P.S. One of your employees is standing out in the parking lot, smoking and tossing the butt on the ground. That is a bad look.“

“They are better than the McDonald's in Madison ville, which where completely out of fish sandwiches .and had very slick floors. So we went to Sweetwater McDonald's and ordered fish sandwiches. And received good service. And clean place to eat.“

“Honestly, the order was correct and the staff was nice. Only complaint is the location. The cement leading into and out the drive thru is a bit damaged. But in regards to service wise it was expected top tier. 10/10 would come again despite the location just for staff, quickness of order and a correct order.

Parking: It's one of the wierd ones due to the small area but it's there.“

(NOTHING in it was what we ordered)Then had to wait a long time for the right order, (milkshakes) out of the 4 strawberry was the only one we could tell what it was, looking at them and to a point tasting them. Peanut butter and hot fudge really shouldn't be the same color.😕“

“Ok people if you haven't tried A&W in Madisonville Tennessee you need to go. I got the double mushroom onion Swiss burger. It was amazing 🤩 and I don't eat fast food that much. The best restaurant I've been to in a long time 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
