“The employees were focused on customers using the drive-thru, so those of us who had come in for pickup or dine in had a lengthy wait. I got my meal and sat down to eat, one bite of my burger told me it had sat for long enough to get cold. The fries were hot, but for the cost of a combo meal nowadays I wasn’t going to eat a cold burger. I walked around to the counter and had a lengthy wait to get a hot meal. The young man finally came to help me and took my burger to the manager to ask what to do, as he walked away, I nicely asked him to also give me hot French fries since they would get cold waiting on the replacement burger, which they nicely did. The manager brought my meal to me and thanked me for allowing them to rectify the cold meal. I replied that I was not angry at all and said I understood the circumstances, thanked them, and hoped that their day would be a good one.The fifth star is for their prompt desire to serve a good meal, which they did.I hope if I come up short on something, someone allows me to fix it as well.“
“I honestly think out of all the subways in our surrounding county the best one is here, hands down! They make your sandwich with love, actually listen to what you want and if you ask for extra mayo, they will give it to you and ask if it is enough. The vegetables and meats are fresh tasting, the bread is normally soft. There is always a line after work so prepare to wait and if you call it in, you have to wait in the line to get your food so when you get it the cold food is warm and the hot food is cold. They need a better system for pickups so that you do not have to wait behind people ordering 5 subs while you can see yours sitting there. Watch and make sure you get your food, sometimes they will give you other peoples food and it is disgusting when you get that mess.“
