“The shift team lead was very diligent. She was cleaning when we walked into an empty restaurant (not just sitting around). She moved to the register and was very patient with me being indecisive about what we wanted. When the fries had been sitting, she made fresh ones for us and remained polite the whole time she served us.“
“This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to in America. Well, 48 states anyway. The kitchen was immaculately clean, during a rush too! The service was fast. I saw the cooks changing gloves several times while making orders. Good Job guys! And, the cashier actually knew how to count change, when I payed with a C-note. I am so amazed at that fact alone. I wish all the other locations were as immaculate as this one.“
“I haven't been in since the new proprietor started but I was very pleased. The store was clean, the meats were pre weighed and the vegetables were fresh. I ordered the Philly with everything and my granddaughter got roast beef and cheese on Italian. Both sandwiches were generously dressed and were very tasty. Will certainly be returning especially when hours open back up in the evening.“
“We used to go to this location but stopped months ago due to poor service, long waits, skimpy portions for things like cheese curds, and a messy dining area (overflowing trash cans and dirty tables). We just tried it again and were pleasantly surprised by the improvements. The order was correct, the food came out reasonably quickly, and the dining room was much cleaner. We complimented the team and were told they have a new GM and management team that has been working hard. Keep up the good work!“
“Finally got to try them, Philly cheese steak best I've had outside of Philly AND better then most of Philly. Catfish definitely best around here. If you want a real philly cheese steak this only place within 100 miles! Can't wait to try the gumbo.“
“Can't go wrong with 5 Guys for an epic burger! When we are craving a good burger, this is our go to in Cleveland. Flavor is consistent and it always fills you up.
