The drive thru line can get long and busy but even then it’s still quicker than most places. Food modifiers, and any changes or details are always correct when visiting this location.“

“So, the workers were so nice and got the food out speedy quick. This is not a sit in and eat restaurant, but they do have a patio to the side with tables and umbrellas. My son and I enjoy the nice weather and ate on the patio. We were then visited by a bunch of sweet little ducks from a nearby creek. It was a nice and fun lunch!!!“

When I arrived at Jack`s they had not been sent my order and had no knowledge of my order. The Manager & employees went right to work & filled my order quickly, they saved the day. Food was great & service could not have been better. Thank You.“

“My family and I just stopped at this Hardee's location during our end of summer road trip. We were greeted by a young lady who looked nervous and made a few errors when ringing up our order. She fearfully told us that she was new and still getting the hang of things.

This review is to say that my family and I really appreciate the transparency, and the way the other team members rallied around her for support and made sure things went smoothly. In the end, we got our food hot, fresh, and delicious. We are thankful to have been a part of their team experience, and we thank them for a job well done!“

“We ordered the lunchtime pizza buffet, and it was pretty decent. We were even able to request a few type of pizzas for the buffet. I was a slower time when we went, not many people. My biggest complaint is the televisions were distracting my child from eating, I probably could have asked the waitress to turn off the on facing our booth. Our drinks were kept fresh and we were checked on regularly, without becoming too intrusive.“

I haven’t been here in about a year and a half and let me tell you so much has changed here since then, for the better!
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
My 6 year old spilled her entire cup of sweet tea and they happily gave us another, and the manager himself came out and mopped it up and talked to my children and I. He was very sweet and he told me about all the community events and outreach he has started at this location. I told him I could see such a difference. The service provided today by Jason and his team members rivaled that of the nicest Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been to.
The food was incredible, too. Great quality and I watched, each order was made to order. Nothing made in advance. Absolutely delicious.
Our burgers were juicy, and fresh, not hour-old, dried out hockey pucks you get served at some other fast food places. The onion rings were hot and fresh and incredibly flavorful. It was difficult not to order more when we were done, but we needed to save room for our sundaes, which of course were fabulous!
I love how this place has turned around so much. I hope the owner sees this and feels the pride he should having such great leaders and staff at this location. We will be back for sure!“

“One of the best Hardee's locations you will find these days. I wish our local Hardee's was as good as this one was. You can tell they are good and on top of things because the line was around the building and it moved quickly. Solid breakfast service.“

“Got my food pretty fast. I do not usually buy from Wendy's so I was nicely surprised when the food and drinks came back so good and it was for a pretty good price. Also it was very quiet and clean so I dined in even though I do not usually do so.“

“I normally wouldnt leave a review for Arby's but I watched the guy that was running the front register go out of his way to help an elderly couple behind me. He went over the menu with them patiently and even carried their food out for them when it was ready. I hope they know how valuable of an employee they have. “I recently visited this Panda Express location while traveling through Cleveland, TN (3/21/26), and I had one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had—thanks to Erin.

From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and on top of everything going on around her. While we were ordering, my family called and added onto our order, which turned into a pretty large purchase (around $75). Despite the sudden change, Erin handled everything with ease, professionalism, and a great attitude.

I personally have autism, and fast food environments—especially ones like Panda Express where foods are close together or touching—can be overwhelming for me. Erin went above and beyond without hesitation and separated my food in a way that made me feel comfortable. She plated my meal thoughtfully and even put my rice on the side. That might seem small to others, but to me it made a huge difference in my experience.

On top of that, she was actively communicating with her team, calling for food, keeping the line moving, and still giving us her full attention. Her customer service honestly exceeded even some of the highest standards I’ve seen elsewhere. She was warm, efficient, and genuinely cared about getting everything right.

We also had a large order with lots of sauces, and for the first time ever at a Panda Express, we were actually given enough sauces for our entire group. She paid attention to what we needed instead of just handing out a few packets and hoping for the best.

As someone who manages a business myself, I can confidently say Erin is an incredibly valuable employee. She made us feel welcomed, heard, and taken care of from start to finish.

“Fastest place in town. I take lunch breaks around 11pm. This BK is always open and always extremely fast. It's unusual that I have to wait more than 60 seconds for food. It's incredible. And I order a burger without pickles so it isn't like they can just grab one that's already been made. The only complaint is there was an absolutely obnoxious Spongebob message that played when you pulled up to the screen. It was horrendous but luckily the employees knew that and tried to stop the message before it played.“

“I asked the manager how long this Bojangles had been open. He said since 2015 it's my first time there. Very clean. Very architecturally pleasing. They had plotted and synchronized the grounds to where it is very appealing. Lot of trees. Plenty of parking. Had a through Street that went through the back which was very nicely done. The food was great. It was a late breakfast for me. Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit very tasty. The rounds were good and I got a Dr. Pepper to drink. The only flaw is and they put it on the ticket, one mustard packet and one ketchup packet and they didn't give them to me. I have to have mustard on mine sausage and I need ketchup for my rounds. Other than that, 4.8 out of 5 very well run very clean. Everyone seemed to be engaged, not for marriage LOL.“

“Im a truck local driver stop at this arbys at the love's pretty regularly on my runs to Maryville. I always just stick to classic beef and cheddar and its all but one time been great. I think the one negative was because all the cheddar was on one side and all over the wrapper. Pretty nice Love's also“
