“Me and my husband walk in and this was our first time there since yall open and it was a employee on front line and then there was a manager her name was Brittany and she was so amazing her attitude the way she greet customers when they come in and she made me feel very welcome and my food was fresh. “It's Arby's. You know exactly what you're getting. Ya know, they have the meats. This is one of the very best managed Arby's locations in the Chattanooga area. My food is always consistently good, my orders correct, and the staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. I eat here regularly as my wife's metaphysical shop (Mystic Nook) is in the same general area.“

“I am from out of town, in Chattanooga for work. Today was the worst day of the week. Everyone mad about something so I have every intention of just going to my hotel and going to bed. My family and I never eat fast food because 99% of the time it just taste old. Decided last minute I would swing into Krystals right across from the hotel. With expectations set low i just want my little burger and my bed. Then I pulled up to order, the young man on the other end of the speaker sounded so polite and happy, then I pulled to the window and the young man (James) was singing, not only was he polite kind and full of life he truly made my day. Being in customer service you start to lose faith that people can just be nice to one another. And to top it off he cooked the food fresh! Thank you James for being amazing! Later found out he was the manager and that just made it better as you so many times see the managers barking orders and not setting the expectations! If you are in East Ridge stop in and see them! Thanks again James for making this horrible day so much better by just being kind and full of life!“

“I have enjoyed eating at Taco Bell for most of my life and I still do. The food is hot and fresh and the prices are reasonable.
However, I stopped by on my lunch break and I went inside because the drive thru line was so long. There are 3 different kiosk to check out at. This is my issue with Taco bell at this time. All 3 of the kiosks had at least 2 people in line. Since the unfamiliarity of the kiosk is so broad I ended up waiting almost 12 minutes before I could order and then I struggled as well. I know that not having human beings take my order saves the company money but it will detour me from eating there in the future. Especially if I am on a time limit like a lunch break. I hope that Taco Bell changes this and I will return regularly as a customer.“

“Decided to order with them the other night for 2 reasons. Reason 1. I was already on the way to get pizza and pizza hut was the closest. Reason 2. I Honestly thought they went out of business and wanted to spark those 90s vibes. I was a little hesitant after I placed my order from seeing the 1 star reviews but I didnt have any problems with quality, gave me a 15 minute window and was ready to pickup in around 10 minutes.

Pizza was a little greasy but its same with the other guys to me. Can't really expect an authentic New York pizza but for what it is it was good.“
