So, when the hubby orders two cheese burgers only ketchup, this is what he gets (first photo). I order a crispy chicken BLT salad, what I got was a bowl full of shredded lettuce, two slices of tomato and a sprinkle of cheese with a ton of bacon — no chicken 🥲(second photo). The employee proudly said “I put 3 ranch dressings in for you.” I’m glad she did since they were each just a half ramkin full (3rd pic). Our receipt (4th photo). Pics in comments
Last one I got was LOADED with gravy. And was super good! This was today 3/19/23 and there’s literally no gravy. Come on y’all. This is unacceptable . The loaded tots bowl is normally really good.
My wife purchased two chicken tender baskets and one chicken breast in the drive thru. The tenders were tough and chewy and some appeared to have been prepared much earlier. My granddaughter and I both ended up throwing the majority of our chicken away because it was inedible. Also, the phone number listed is not a working number as I wanted to notify the manager of the problem. Very disappointing...😕👎👎
