Person who brings food could at least smile and show an effort into giving the customer a reason to come back.
There is a man here named Jacob who deserves a mega shoutout. My girlfriend is so mean to me. And she had a real bad day and was really craving a very specific slush and Jacob may be the only reason I sleep tonight. He knows customer service and he saved me tonight. Jacob I hope you see this bud. I love you.
Jacob was amazing! Was having a horrible day and Jacob was so friendly and turned my entire day around!! He definitely deserves a promotion and a raise !!
