We love pizza Hut! I've been eating at one pizza hut or another since I was probably 5. My dad use to take me every Tuesday so I could use my book it rewards (this was back in the 80s). I remember it well. My cousin would come along. My dad would give us quarters for the jukebox and we'd play in a small arcade our local pizza hut had. So great memories. Never an issue with customer service at all!
The food was ok but the deliver service was not. I asked for contactless delievery and the delivery man was beating on my door instead of ringing door bell to let me know pizza was here. I didn't answer so he tried opening my storm door which was lock and started beating on the door again. It was like the police were at my door to arrest someone, scarely because I was alone and it was dark outside. This was NOT ok!!!

Purchased a med. pizza plus some chicken wings with honey barbeque sauce. I live 10 minutes from the store. By the time I arrived home. The pizza was cold and the crust was very flat. About a 1/8" thick in the center. I have always been a fan of this Pizza chain. I guess its time to change to another. Very disappointed to say the least.
