I have stopped 3 times in the last month and have been told they are out of something or the machine is broken and they can’t make shakes. This place needs new management and or owners in the worst way. We never have this issue at other Sonic ‘sWouldn’t be surprised if they close up soon due to poor management

My breakfast sandwich had plastic in it like a glove or something. In response to what they said, I did do that but was never contacted back. Now I came here a second time and my shake tasted extremely spoiled and I was given a two piece chicken KIDS meal when I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender meal combo. I’m absolutely done with this location and will never be coming back. Same workers every time seems they don’t know how to do things right.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger. Didn’t have any bacon….i let that go but when I bit into the burger it was so could I think they had the meat refrigerated and took it out to put on the sandwich. They remade the sandwich loaded it down with onions (the first sandwich didn’t have any). Also, ordered a chicken toaster club and it didn’t have bacon either.

I ordered an m&m blast with oreo added and topped w/ whip. They put a scoop of either topping on top and called it good. No mixing, nothing. They quite honestly couldn't care less. This isn't the first time either and I don't expect it to be the last. Disappointed claps all around ?
The food was good but service was almost nonexistent. No exaggeration — I waited ten minutes to place an order — had to press the button twice. I ordered a burger and specified at least three times that I didn’t want mayonnaise. It still came out with mayonnaise. When I ordered a replacement, there was no apology and it took another ten minutes to remake the burger.
