“Shauna (Shawna can't tell how to spell name properly). Was PHENOMENAL with customer service. Thank you so much for being so kind and understanding about my drink missing via Grub Hub. Any other fast food establishment would've been upset with me calling several times. 1. Being my dad's order needing dressing put to side and 2. That his salad had nothing on it. 3. My shake was missing BUT you confirmed my next order for it. The one Arby's closest to me in Virginia has nothing on this Arby's location. Thank you so much Shuana! The woman who was answering phone/so kind and patient with me.“

“I asked for fresh chicken, I told the girl on 5-19 if they would have the back drop it while we were using the bathroom. She said she would tell them, we pulled around and she didn’t tell them. Gibby was very friendly and made it right for us. Thank you!!“

“Each morning I stop by the drive through to grab my coffee (Frappe) and sweet tea for the day. I work at the urgent care near by so it’s convenient. Each day I am greeted by this wonderful lady with the happiest voice and most positive energy. She completes my order quickly and without any issues. And she is so fast. She doesn’t know who I am and I know nothing about her. But I cannot thank her enough for just being her sweet cheerful self every morning. I go into work thinking if she can be that happy and positive so can I!!! So if you’re in the Ooltewah location please go by and get a blessing from Herta. She’s definitely been a blessing to me. And she has no idea just how much!!!“

“I have always loved Taco Bell but have been disappointed for a while till today.. My husband and I ordered our lunch not expecting to much then we got our food.. Amazing !!! The Taco Pizza was like fresh tasty and crispy Perfect and the Tacos were the Best!! Thank you Taco Bell Ooltawah, Tennessee ...“

“Y’all have completely screwed up what was always great, fast service. Get rid of the stupid “app” line and go back to a two line drive-thru. The “app” line usually has zero cars in it and the normal line is backed through the parking lot. Not only is that making it take forever, but your order takers are trying to go as fast as they can to make up for the line and entering orders wrong. He read it back and it was so jacked up, it’s unbelievable, so we went through it again. When we got our food (and receipt), we were charged for an extra drink AND the sandwich had the wrong cheese on it.“
