“Since its opening, The Local Goat has been the go-to overnight stop on our I-75 North/South trek. Initially this was because the restaurant was next to our hotel, but now we stop because of the great food. Today, I want to give a loud SHOUT OUT to our waitress, Skylar. She reflects good service and compliments the excellent food of The Local Goat experience. Sky engaged in a friendly conversation with a very sweet, personal touch; we will remember to ask for her on our next stop!”

“Highly recommend! The bar tenders are always welcoming and fun. The beer and cocktails are excellent. Great atmosphere! Comfortable, but upscale local pub with lots of friendly regulars.

“excellent customer service! We had an event and needed box lunches, knowing we needed to order 48 hours in advance, we STILL had people forget. Twice after we made the order, and well past the "48 hour before" deadline, we had to add more sandwiches. Both times, the shift manager was accommodating and polite, and said we would have no problem. Picked everything up on a Saturday AM, just as business was picking up for lunch, and had to add two more! they did it with no problems, nice and fast, and the line was still moving. A whole bunch of people at the meeting had never known about box lunches, and were suitably impressed at the value, as well as the sandwiches. Good job Ooltewah!”

We ultimately purchased a Ledge Prime 2.0, and the entire experience reaffirmed our decision. In an era where quality customer service is becoming increasingly rare, the dedication and commitment we experienced at Owl's Nest BBQ were truly refreshing. My husband had a delicious amaretto chocolate cherry shake and I had a scoop of cookie butter, a scoop of Oreo cheesecake and crumbled up waffle cone! We also sampled Earl Grey and butterscotch!! “The best Hardee’s in the whole United States! Just bc of Cicilia! This woman is amazing! Keeps the place spotless! The kids love her, and beg to go to Hardee’s just bc she works there! She talks to all the kids and makes them feel special. All the staff are always nice, friendly, and the food is always hot and comes out fast! Plenty of fancy breakfast places to go around this area, but we just come here for the atmosphere.”

“Went in on July 4th night and there was only one cook and one waitress. Completely understand what it is like to be short handed so we were super patient. The waitress was Shannon and she handled it so well. Her and the cook worked so well together. I was thoroughly impressed and appreciated how well they were working to give us the best service possible considering it was just the two of them trying to handle so many customers.”

“Tried to order takeout. Teenagers put me on a fake answering ring tone then mocked me and continued to hang up on me. I'll never use marcos again. I will pay more and use papa johns or dominos. What a disaster this company and location is.”
