“The young lady working was very sweet however I am a tad annoyed that I had to wait for another employee to go to Publix to buy bananas so they could make 2 banana splits in my order. Also instead of waiting and giving me my to go order all at once I was given the brownie royal and then 15 minutes later one of the banana splits and finally 30 minutes after receiving the first of my to go order I was given the final banana split. Needless to say by the time I got back to my family's house witch is 8 minutes away most of the order had melted to a not so inviting mess.“
“I had the freshest hot fries! And the burger and coke were so good too ? I had quick friendly service and got everything I needed. I also got to hear a conversation that the employees were having while I waited in my car ? I don't think they realize people can hear them, curse words and all ?“
“Me and my husband ate Crumbl cookies for the first time the other day. This location only had 6 flavors when I went. I expected more choices but these cookies were still the best cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Also… there were two girls working there when we went and they both had the best customer service skills I’ve seen in a long time. They were so nice and so welcoming. This place was so busy when we went but both of them were still so friendly and patient with each person. We visited this place on March 9th in the evening. I wish I would have got their names so I could mention them. Whichever girls were there working during this time need some recognition because they deserve it! Excellent place to get dessert!“

“On my daily commute of dropping the kids off at school, I’ve noticed and been meaning to stop by Cuppa Joes and see what they are about. As a noob to the area I would much rather shop local than the franchise coffee. In conversation with some neighbors, one mentioned Cuppa Joes, specifically their lattes. I love me a good chai tea latte and was given a window in my morning where I can stop off I stopped off to try one. I am so glad I did, their CTL is one of the best I’ve had! Not only that, but their barista who served me was friendly and very welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back for more, and next time, I’ll be having a pastry too.“
“i work from home so i don’t get coffee out and about that often anymore but if i feel like having something a little more special than my at-home coffee i really like coming here. i’m not much of a coffee snob and i think if this place more for “treat” type coffee rather than “the working man’s” cup of coffee if you know what i mean, but it’s not over-the-top i-can-feel-a-cavity-forming sweet, and they’re really good about adjusting the sweetness level if you ask. honestly i didn’t feel compelled to write a review because of the coffee as much as i do because of the service. i’ve been here about a dozen times - maybe more - at times ranging from 5am to late afternoon and even though i’ve had a different barista almost every time, the people working here are always ~particularly~ nice. i wonder if it’s all the caffeine lol. anyway, always a pleasant experience and the blended chai tea latte (+ espresso shot) is delicious, would recommend.“
“Really sweet cafe with pretty good food. The service was outstanding! The baristas were great about engaging with the customers. We really enjoyed their sandwiches. The bathrooms could use some remodeling and they were out of a couple things when we got there (around 11:50 ish). The chipotle chicken was excellent!! It’s a welcoming establishment with hard working staff. Everything appeared to be made fresh. You can’t beat that!Kid-friendliness: The Barista was very kind to the toddler in the cafe“
