“Horrible Horrible Horrible what a waste of hard earned money. Ordered 2 #5's lg tots and lg Dr.P.
Waited 20 minutes at window for our food. Got home and the bottom of bag was soaked thru with grease I figured they accidentally set in down in grease. Boy was I wrong I was expecting everything to be drenched in grease. The burgers was tasteless no mayo lettuce looked brown stringy and only a couble of shreds, the tomatoes was no bigger than a couple of quarters and rubbery, there was no bacon, cheese, onions or pickles the bottom bun was soggy and full of grease the tots was greasy and cold in the middle. I tried to call but no one answered and I was not able to go back due to time restraint... Very disappointed. I will never go back...

“I can really only speak for the East Brainerd location since that is the only place I go. But they're soooo kind. It's a warm environment even if cookies weren't baking. ^_^ I don't even mind just watching while waiting for my cookies on a busy day.“

“We absolutely recommend THIS BRUSTERS’S in East Brainerd. The staff is Fantastic!! They didn’t have my most on Wednesday. This precious lady said, don’t worry Honey, I will fix you up. They absolutely are 10 out 10 in flavor, customer service, cleanliness and personality!! We drive from Chickamauga to get our Bruster’s fix and buy pints to take home.“

“Quiet and quant .. we stopped with a group of 12 with pre-booked tickets for the tour. It lasted maybe 30 minutes. Parking was free and many good photo ops along the way.During the tour we were given the process and history of Mayfield and how many milk bottles they fill each day. Pretty amazing place. Hard working staff and a free scoop of ice cream at the end.“

I had to fight to talk my kids out of a plain ol’ DQ trip to try this place out and we were all amazed.
They offered tons of samples to test their ice creams, were very informative of what all of the interesting options were of both food, drinks, and ice cream.
Their ice creams were all homemade, signature flavors that let us experience something different from the everyday ice cream shop norm and absolutely spectacular!
Friendly, fast, and fabulous - all five of my kids and my wife approve and this place will become a new regular stop when we’re in the area. Thanks for the experience!“

“All the espresso blenders are delicious they are based on your personal preference in flavor (white mocha, carmelicious, turtle or mocha chocolate flavor, etc.) ☕️ Also fruit smoothies are great when it’s hot with the cream base and energy 🍓🥭🍑🍌🫐 Cinnamon rolls, maple waffle sandwiches, ciabattas even….. anddddd pup cups, kids menu, and lollipops?! “Incredible customer service! A young man by the name of Luke served me, my daughter got a layered sundae, and he was incredibly respectable and polite! My daughter said she loved the layered sundae, and he smiled and was very friendly! It’s rare to see such respectful young men in today’s world… Definitely will be coming back on the weekends.“

“I like this location, you can pull up and in no time order, get your food and leave. If you have the sonic app you can get in and out super fast! Also with the app you get half price drinks all day you can’t beat that! And the best non complaint I have is the fact I doordash, and can literally pull up, push the red button, say who I'm there for and it's like no more than 3 minutes and they're out there. I LOVE their quickness and amazing news! Never let me down, and that's FACTS!“

“Went to this location last night. The drive through was backed up so I tried to go inside and the door was locked. So I got back in the drive through line. It took a little longer than normal but the lady at the window was super nice and explained there were only three people working. She did all this with a smile on her face and was extremely apologetic for the wait. A lot of times when people are in stressful situations they tend to be rude. This young lady was not that. She made the best of the situation and tried to give the best service she could.“
