Went to our local new location on Washington rd in Augusta ga.
The food was extremely salty, and the workers seemed bothered. The floor was so slippery. My husband almost fell. And than while walking out the door the floor was so slippery my son stepped on the rug, it moved and he fell out the door, skinned up his knees and hurt his arm. The workers just looked and went back to talking. No one asked if he was okay. And to mention today was his 13th birthday. We will never...read full review
Freddy’s ( Sioux City, Iowa )…first time we have been here. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was friendly and fast. I was nervous going in because the drive thru was so long, but they were still fast at serving us….and the food was AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a lively restaurant with attentive staff even during busy times. The covered porch provides a nice spot to enjoy an ice cream cone while waiting for the delicious burgers and crunchy chicken fingers. The clean restaurant offers quick and friendly service, serving traditional, juicy burgers and heavenly ice cream. The food is great and the frozen custard and milkshakes are a delicious flashback to a simpler time. The staff is so polite and the food is hot and comes out fast. This restaurant has maintained the original Opening Day philosophy and courtesy since opening their doors, with good management and employees who take pride in working there.
